Here's the wording I will use to send the email re Kits for Kids to 4 local authority sports development officers: any suggestions for amendment are welcome
Hello _______,
I was given your email so I could contact you about a project which I and other people around the UK are hoping will succeed. We are collecting used/outgrown football shirts, shorts, football boots etc from kids in this country to send to an orphanage in South Africa, Katha Day Centre, a registered Charity In SA (charity number 031-394 NPO). These youngsters have nothing, they have lost their Mums and Dads, but they love football and could do with some football shirts. They don't have to be new, in fact we are looking for kit that is lying about unused because it has been outgrown or is no longer needed.
Here is a facebook link to show you some of the kids:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Kits-for-Kids/120253084700023?v=wall
One of our group is based in South Africa and will co-ordinate the distribution of kit at that end. We want to put smiles on as many South African kids' faces as we can for Christmas this year. The goal is 10,000 items, obviously they are not all just for Katha Day Centre, but you're probably aware there is a tragically large number of orphans in SA thanks to HIV/AIDS, and all kit donated will give so much pleasure.
I hope you can help us in getting the message to kids in Stirling schools. If the head teachers are agreeable, it would educate the children here about being a global citizen, about being a good steward of the Earth's resources (re-using comes before recycling and keeps stuff out of landfill), and will make them aware of how children live in another part of the world - South Africa of course being where the World Cup took place this year. Unlike many charitable activities, this one is not asking for money - just outgrown and unwanted football kit.
I have attached the flyer for this project for you to have a look at. Please feel free to distribute it to primary and secondary schools and other venues where football fans and players congregate!
Please feel free to contact me. The people who are behind this are part of a thread on Martin Lewis's Money Saving Expert website. We just want to spread a little happiness to kids who could do with it.
With best wishesIf you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.

I think I mentioned ages ago investing in MG but can't remember when and had no specific ideas! I have to say though I won't be able to invest any time soon... Just took my car to the garage as the handbrake light was on permanently, not only did they charge me £23.50 for just having a look.... it needs £350 of work doing.... I'm not a happy bunny, I was so getting my debt busted and now another setback, I think it's going to start costing me quite a bit of maintenance.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Ok so I'm definately doing birthstone earrings
I've worked out that If I keep to £7 for Sterling ones taking the cost of the beads and the time it takes me to make them it will leave a profit of £3.00 to donate off each pair sold is that ok with everyone?
Where would I send the money Mg?Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

I'm taking back the amount the beads and findings cost and the time took to make the rest will go towards the kits for kidsBoiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
If I just make a few as examples with a listing of
Kits For Kids Birthstone earrings.
These Sterling silver earrings have been made especially for the charity Kits for Kids to help fund the Frieght of the football shirts to the Kappa day centre.
Each pair of earrings sold £3 will be donated to the charity.
The picture is an example of the earrings (then put a crystal chart for months for people to choose?)Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -

(Personal survival budget (see Mr Big's challenge + 10%) Matrix members do not have to contribute to the fund. Any earning above that we can decide of a small proportion to contribute to the fund. The thing is that if Matrix members earn on average £1,000 per month above that and we agree on 2.5% this is 100x25 or £2,500 every month for the fund.

I have been talking to people abroad as well - which means that the system could cope with postage outside the UK (the website at the moment is for the UK).
