When you insert a link (I take it you click the link button) it puts the following in your post (I've just added the ! so that it shows up)

[URL!="http://www.facebook.com/"]http://www.facebook.com/[/URL!]

What ever text you put in between ][ will be whats shown on the page

So [URL!="http://www.facebook.com/"]Test[/URL!]

Will show

Test
