Well, my ebay auctions finished and it looked like I had done pretty well - until more than half of the money I SHOULD have been paid didn't arrive

I'm waiting on £68.97 from two people - one of them contacted me today - five days after the auction finished and said that her bid was a mistake (she placed two bids on the item!) and could I please cancel it, the other is a person who only has 2 feedback points, the first is from a seller saying she used buy it now and didn't pay (still a positive though of course - thanks ebay!!) and she completed the checkout the night the auction finished and said she'd send a cheque, but it has not arrived and when I contacted her to ask when she was sending it so I could pack up her item I had no response - GAH!!! ebay is so frustrating!! What a waste of time and money listing those two items has turned out to be

Ebay non-payers are the worst! I started a NPB this week with someone who had bought 4 items from me! They eventually paid, but it's so annoying. I've got no sympathy any more, if they don't pay, I do the NPB process and they get a strike.
I hope you manage to get yours sorted soon."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I did manage to get FVFs for the ebay buyers who didn't pay - it is SOOOOOO annoying to not even be able to leave them negative feedback but never mind!
I relisted both the unpaid for items as buy it now's and they have both sold AND been paid for so I'm happy with that!
My total outstanding debt right now is £2135 and I would LOVE to round it off to two grand by the end of the month - made £35 from selling a dress so *just* another hundred quid to find by the end of the month!!

Well due to my intense hangover on Sunday I only managed to list four things (oops) and one got cancelled today because I used the pics from the auction I bought the thing from! Grrr! Anyway went shopping yesterday and stocked up for the week, sold a couple of DVDs on Amazon & dug out some CDs/nail varnish to put for sale too
Really REALLY want to find this £70 from somewhere!! 0 -
Paid off another £30 last night
Currently have £12 in my PP so could send another tenner to the CC then only £30 left!! _party_ 0 -
Sent the extra tenner - then "treated" myself to a posh loos pass for the IOW festival for £15 :rotfl:
Not the end of the world, but that would have got me half way to my goal for the month so need to buck my ideas up!
