Everyone has gone home now. We made over £100 at the coffee morning so I am really pleased. It is a good boost to the Food Bank funds.
I know we are struggling but there are lots of others in a much more serious situation than us. It has been good to do something and I had lots of really nice people here too
Now to help look after DGD while DD gets the cottage ready for the next people later today. AND we have a Quality inspection at 5pm !!!!
Our family seems to have everything or nothing going on.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

How's the speedy salad doing? I think we will be eating ours within the week along with some rocket which is growing even faster.LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

We passed the inspection.:j. And we have no recommended improvements either:j
The inspection was for Quality Cumbria who don't give gradings and are about 20% of the cost of the national scheme.
There is a mini festival locally (about 15 miles away, which for us is local) today. All my older friends ( I mean more elderly than me) were talking about staying over and sleeping in tents and cars. I feel older than them, at least my back is, so if we go, we will drive home. There are lots of bands we have never heard ofit is onLY £10. I think I am talking myself out of it as I write
PG my back has settled a little. I took my perching stool into the cottage for the coffee morning. It helped a bit. I still can't lift a kettle. The chiro says I have lots of things causing painn nect, mid back and lower back and femoral nerve again. It is like sciatica but pain is down front of leg.
There is a 3 month wait for a physio appointment.....
Happy, your speedy salad and rocket is much speedier than mine. But then I am 1300 feet above sea level. Nothing ready to pick yetthe seeds I sowed inside for DD are now huge plants, peas beans and courgettes. And mine outside haven't germinated yet. I am thinking of using some of DD's beans
