London Airways is a much more appropriate name!
It's the mentality of the BA FA's which gets me - the trolley dollies with the haughty manner and exasperated expression on their face when they have to deal with the simplest of requests from passengers.
The gay stewards - and they mostly all are - tend to be much friendlier but on the whole I prefer the efficiency and business-like professionalism of Ryanair's mainly East European staff.
Especially Miss April in this year's calendar.

This has got steadily more difficult - to the point where now I have to pay for online check-in. This is an add-on, yet it's impossible to avoid! How can he justify not including this in the base price?
I've NEVER paid for online check-in, I wait for the deals with free online check-in, like I did for this wee'ks 7 flights so it can't really be argued that they are unavailable!
I'll do an update after my next flights on Saturday but I don't expect there will be much to report probably just 'flights left on time and arrived early'.
I have to spend a night in central London on the way back but thank's again to MSE because I booked one of the 1p rooms at the new
Tune Hotel (paid with the right plastic so yes it was 1p total).0 -

If I was a foreigner coming into Stansted or Luton i would be aggrieved to find I wasn't in London - Heathrow is still classed as London.
Really? What if you flew in via Gatwick with BA? You would be in Surrey.
Heathrow? Middlesex.
Stansted? Essex.
If you are going to come up with an argument, you will need one a bit stronger than that one.
Or would you like to tell us that the extra ten or so minutes on the train makes all the difference?0 -

If I want to travel anywhere outside the UK with British Airways, I have to travel to London or Crawley to do so, by one way or another. Token services from Heathrow / Gatwick to Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and some subsidiary flights around Scottish Islands doesn't constitute support for regional airports in my opinion. The likes of Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2, FlyBe, bmiBaby, Thomas Cook, Thomson and British Midland all outdo BA in that regard.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Bob, do you usually sit at a window seat over a wing?0

In the last week I've been to kaunas for a team overnighter, most expensive flights ever on ryanair £41 and got back from bratislava, after taking mrs phatbear away as a trade off for kaunas, yesterday, flights were £16 each.
I've been all the over the place with ryanair and never had call to complain if you play the game and dont expect to much you can get bargain flights.Live each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0 -

There are lots of counties that form up part of Greater London though and a general rule of thumb is that if its inside the M25 then its London. And i never mention Gatwick at all as that is outside the M25 so generally not classed as London. It isn't even called London Gatwick either unlike Luton. which you forgot to add to your list
