    Yeh it is definitely odd it seems for me its the ones (2) with the shower gel on them.

    I did keep screen shots of the order date but didnt get confirmation emails tho!

    Weird system they have their. You would think that such a big company (or big brand anyway) would honour those ordered before Monday to save face and then update their website.

    No it was UPS that mine were delivered and their tracking system on the site is very good too tells you exactly where your parcel is.

    Yes, UPS delivered mine, too. The same female driver has delivered several Body Shop orders and two Molton Brown orders in the last few weeks for me. We're now on first name terms...!

    Ooh just noticed a flurry of confirmation orders from yesterday in my hotmail account that I hadnt seen yesterday. Confirming my 3 orders placed at weekend still had order date of 18.10.10 even though placed on 16th BUT they have the discounts clearly stated on them. Feel much better now as it would be hard for them to argue with that along with the screen shot showing the order was placed on 16th I would feel confident to question them.

    This is what happens when people abuse a glitch.

    I dont think anyone has abused this glitch, and it would be a shame to now think this will start a negative conversation about it when this thread has been helpful and friendly. No one has missed out on anything that they werent prepared to miss out on.

    Yes UPS is who delivers for molton brown as used them before without the glitches! Ive just had a thought maybe the reason the people are getting their orders even though they placed them after is they are working back to front and doing the last orders first as thats the only way they can sort them out?? they must have got loads of orders over the weekend so perhaps changing the date could make it easier for them.
    Not convinced on this though as money not been taken out of my account and my mum has just checked hers and she ordered on 15th and money still not been taken out so am thinking perhaps me and my mum wont get our orders :( keeping everything crossed.
    was considering phoning and asking whats going on and why the dates have changed but think I'll probably just shoot myself in the foot if I do that so am just going to sit and wait and just hope my order turns up!

    update: just had ups deliver a disney order to my door, got excited as thought it was molton brown but it wasnt! Asked him to check if I have anything else on their order,etc of anything for me from anyone else, he went and checked and nothing! :(

    Definetely reckon sit & wait & keep our fingers crossed. I ordered sunday evening & money hasnt gone out of my account yet although I have got money pending to go out on my credit card.

    Am waiting for my disney order too - lol!
  • I don't think I abused a glitch, they were offering £10 off if you spent which I did, I really don't see how this is abuse, I placed one order & paid for it just got a discount off it

  • hope my orders dont get cancelled as they are for my birthday from me! the one i put through on 16th and 17th are still processing. Used the marie claire code twice but only shower gel one once and spent over £80 on both orders so think its pretty unfair if they are cancelled.
    Will hopefully update over night and be sent, fingers crossed!
