Yipee, the lovely UPS man delivered mine at lunchtime! And yet, on the Molton Brown website, it still says order processing and no tracking details. But I've got it now, so I'm happy! I just got one shower gel and the free Seamoss.

I think I'm being a bit thick today but when you say one shower gel&the seamoss you mean it total you ordered two shower gels that came in one order costing £11.95? Is that correct?

Just spoke to hubby who's at home today and UPS dropped off 3 orders from the weekend at home even though 2 had work address (thought it easier to get delivered to work to ensure delivered not missed) the driver obviously realised it was the same person and gave him all 3. Orders showing as pending on website and no money taken from bank yet - so this is really great I am soooooooooooo pleased and hope it gives everyone else faith that obviously these re being honoured. :-) the glitch clearly wasnt abused as they wouldnt have honoured them and as Kiki said earlier the MC code was a multiple use voucher anyway and the gel code was a legitimate discount for those completing the survey.

you dont think with all of us not having money taken yet that we might be charged more?

My order that i did on 17th was changed to the 18th.
However, just had an email saying that the liquid handgel was out of stock and soon as i emailed them with an alternative my order would be dispatched. Used both codes on the same order so looks like they are honouring it.

Just checked bank and one more has come out at the price expected so no I think they are just honouring this but have expired the gel voucher. I am confident that all of them will be honoured having had mine delivered. I think they woudl realise they are legitamate vouchers and none of hte T&S's say they cant be used together anyway. I am sure they will just learn from this though for future offers and ensure that voucher cannot be redeemed together and maybe put a minimum purchase on them - like with the shower gel saying it can be honoured on an order with a minimum spend of blah and not in conjunction with other vouchers. THey have probably learnt alot from this and we have helped them haha :-)

The gel voucher was due to expire on Sunday anyway. And I'm sure there were terms on both vouchers that they couldn't be used in conjunction with another offer, it's just that you couldn't stop it from happening.

I don't think they'll change anything as they've had both of these offers before, just not at the same time, which I think is the bit that won't happen again

Didnt know that about the expiry date but either way nice for everyone to have been able to use them and for MB to have honoured it.
