    I have had one delivery (3rd of 4 orders) and no money taken from my account yet. I expect it will be and they are just catching up with everything!

    hope my orders dont get cancelled as they are for my birthday from me! the one i put through on 16th and 17th are still processing. Used the marie claire code twice but only shower gel one once and spent over £80 on both orders so think its pretty unfair if they are cancelled.


    I don't see why the MC or free gel ones wouldn't be honoured - they were vouchers that people were entitled to use, and the MC one was for multiple use.

    I think it's more that some people used the glitch (using the two codes at once) several times under different email addresses without ordering anything else, and so Molton Brown may have realised that earlier because of the increase in orders for the same thing - which may result in them not being honoured, or ending the offer sooner than expected (which it seems they have done). But if you've ordered over £80 of products with them I can't see them not honouring that!

    For those people who didn't register (a poster a few pages back) - I'm confused as I thought you had to register to be able to place an order?!

    I was lucky - on Sunday when I placed my orders had 2 confirmation emails immediately afterwards and they should honour those, in my opinion. Also there must be a glitch in their addressing as a UPS man rang my mobile but said there was no address (huh?!) so they couldn't deliver yet.

    Glitches with codes are no-one's fault but the fault of the company. Look how many angry MB fans there would be if their glitched orders weren't honoured so I really wouldn't worry.

    And in my experience often it can take 5-7 working days for payments to disappear off bank accounts so don't worry there either.

    MB would be pleased that lots of happy customers some of whom may reorder in future at full price due to their lovely products.

    I was lucky - on Sunday when I placed my orders had 2 confirmation emails immediately afterwards and they should honour those, in my opinion. Also there must be a glitch in their addressing as a UPS man rang my mobile but said there was no address (huh?!) so they couldn't deliver yet.


    DOH!! I had a missed call from an unknown caller this morning, then later, as i was checking my emails, there were 2 messages in the spam folder from UPS, i read one, which said something about needing an address for an order but as it didn't mention MB, and I'm not expecting anything else, I deleted it - permanently - thinking it was spam!!

    Has anyone else had this message, and if so what does it say?

    anyone else having trouble i just get error

    wonder if reason they have blocked everyone out of their accounts,etc is so that they can catch up with all the orders? :cool:

    I managed to log in earlier to check everything (hence knowing they had changed date of my order) but since then I havent been able to get access to my account.

    Am pleased to see someone above has had order above even though no money out of bank and no emails, will keep my fingers crossed. ty for posting btw :) (for some reason the thanks button wont show up)

    Unsure about this - but you could always ring your local UPS office to check. The UPS call they left a message, and also not unknown but this could vary from UPS office to UPS office.
