I placed my orders at weekend but it's now showing that I ordered on 18th even though have screen shot saved saying 16th?? Anyone else had this? And did you still receive your order?
Yes I had this and had screen shots to show 15 and 16th too - I did wonder why they changed the dates and can see their plan now! So all the orders with survegel on that are showing as 18th I dont think will get honoured.
Got to decide whether worth arguing and sending the screen shots. I think it probably is???0 -
It is very strange how some of them went straight through and have been delivered whilst others had date change.0

My order dates had changed to the 18th too but now today I can't even get into my account - it says wrong password so I've tried to get another one but they're not emailing me anything!! They wouldn't cancel my account would they???

out of my 3 orders, 1 is still showing as 16th, 1 showing 17th, both of these are when I ordered. But my 3rd order has been changed to 18th, this was ordered on 17th. I used 3 different accounts, fingers crossed i'll get something.0

What I don't understand is why are they changing some to the 18th & not just all of them?!!
My mum placed an order on the 15th & that hasn't been changed to the 18th but it's still showing as processing!0 -

Mine says 15th, but I only put one order in for the free gel and handcream (I wasn't going to try a second until I'd got the first one in my hands!)
Perhaps they've changed order dates only on those who put in more than one order? They might have caught on that people were using different email addresses to get more than one...??

My order still doesn't show, I emailed them & they said that I must have registered my account after I placed an order which I think I did actually. The money has gone from my bank so am hoping it should be delivered. Popped out for half an hour earlier & the post office tried to deliver a parcel but I don't think MB use the post office do they....:grinheart I'm getting there...... slowly but surely0
