I placed an order on Friday 15th but it still states 'order processing'. I did not receive an order confirmation for this order and so I am not holding my breath on receiving it!:(

I hope I am wrong - I made my orders this weekend after all:D - but I don't see how they could honour orders for maybe only a small percentage of the RRP, I think some people even ended up with an order amount of £0! But you're right, time will tell!

Missconduct

I ordered mine on Thursday and they arrived today (actually they tried to deliver on Friday but no-one was in). I didn't receive any dispatch notifications, just the order confirmations and then the orders themselves by UPS.

took a while but managed to order two shower gels (one was seamoss) with free pepperpod sample, using both codes for £11.95

I ordered last thursday and got all16 orders today! I was able to use both codes and then the £10 off on a few of the orders so unbelievably I spent £204 (of which £79 was delivery charges) and I got £550 plus worth of goods! Ive got all xmas pressies done and partners major present (ive spent less than normal on everyone and they have major luxury gifts so I am so pleased!) and left overs for other pressies and us as treats I have a perfume for me, 2 handcreams, many samples and 8 showergels! Brilliant offer. I also got some giftcards so cant wait to be able to use then when their site has more glitches. hopefully my disney order will be here tomorrow and then ive just got to get pressies for my son and the rest are sorted

Lucky you! If the shower gel goes out of stock we know who has it all! :rotfl:

Got my 2 orders today, the UPS man is my friend now and caught me walking to work :-) 1 handcream, 1 seamoss shower gel and 1 pink pepperpod shower gel plus samples. Thanks so much OP and those who noticed the glitches!

Was on Molton Brown site tonight and it went down for a few minutes.. finally came back up and now saying 'SURVEYGEL' EXPIRED... think they may have fixed it
