I've got two tickets to see Immortals 3D tonight at Wimbledon but due to a sicky baby I can't go :( I've been on the sky website but I can't cancel, it says there's no historic listings for me but it will let me re-print the tickets.

so if anyone wants them, let me know.

thanks a lot for posting this. I have been fighting all morning with the website

I registered this morning and the message said "thanks you can now get your tickets", then the page took me back to the registration page. Will I get tickets by email or post? Or has the website played a nasty trick?

BTW - Hiya Pooch. Long time no see. Hope you are well xx

You can cancel your free sky movies by clicking cancel on your confirmation email, just for future reference.

Or by logging into account and you can cancel all or part of a booking from there.

That'll be why I have been going round in circles for the last 2 hours then! LOL. Must remember to book them when it opens then.

Have you managed to get out to see lots of films lately? I've stopped all the evening ones now, and only get to see the kiddies ones at the weekend. Keep an eye out for Puss in boots for me please:D cant wait to see that one (with or without kids!!!):p Speak soon matey.

For some reason, if you cancel on the afternoon of the day which the film is showing, the film has already been removed from the cancellation list on your account so you have to cancel from your email unless you know of another way?

You need to cancel the day before the screening as far as I'm aware. Cancelling on the day doesn't give them enough time to get the tickets back out into the public domain.

The cut off is usually the same day/time for booking. Can't recall exactly where that info is stated now but I do know it exists.
  • Hey, long shot but I have a ticket for two through times plus to see 50/50 on tuesday evening at sheffield odeon, however my friend is coming round that night, i got the ticket thinking we could go see thst instead of her coming round, but she has to work late so will miss the start of the film. I really want to see it, but no tickets are available for monday, i just wondered if anyone would swap with me? i can email you my ticket and you email me yours?

    I'd like to praise ShowFilmFirst.

I sent a Ican'tgo email reply as I found a preview showing nearer to my home but I thought perhaps that cancelled the 2 bookings.

    I checked with SFF

Within 30 mins I got an email of a new ticket.

    Good Service!!!!
