Wasn't trying to be judgemental, nor insulting, so apologies for anyone who took it that way. Of course adults are perfectly entitled to see kids films and find them enjoyable, I certainly do.
My curiosity was more that presumably, the person I was talking about knew what the film was about and wanted to see it, I was therefore suprised that they left halfway through. Or, is it a case that people apply for tickets for any film regardless of what it is about, turn up, then leave if they don't like it? For me personally I only apply for tickets for films that actually appeal to me or my children, so just wondered what others do. Again, apologies if this was taken the wrong way, certainly not my intention.0 -
Quote-Thanks so much for giving everyone and their grandmothers chance to buy tickets before regular readers. This is supposed to be for Radio Times Readers but we don't get a look in. All gone by the time my magazine was delivered!
Thought this was very funny in the cinema tickets no discussion thread why didn't the person just get the code off the forum and get tickets if he/she comes on mse anyway, what if they had there copy of the Radio Times a day or two late they would have missed out anyway, unfortunately i missed them but that's life sure there will be another chance to get them in the future but would they have been so quick to hold off for the benefit of other people very doubtful!0 -
Just checking,
I got a sky screening ticket for Captain America, anyone know if I have to bring the printed ticket, or can I just give my screening code?
Thanks0 -
Jie3 - you will need to bring the printout of the ticket to the cinema. The code is only used to redeem the tickets from the ticketing site (sky).0

Thanks abhass, but I think we're talking about different codes. It's not like the seefilmfirst site, with sky your ticket comes with a unique booking ref code.0
