If you are worried about letting two children down, surely this is the way to go. maybe your email went into your spam folder and you didn't notice. Maybe you weren't offered an alternative date with corresponding code, SFF can be erratic. I would strongly suggest ringing MEN now and you might find you will also be offered tickets for tonight's show.

ive just tried ringing general equiries but they are closed at weekends,i dont know about ringing the booking line as that is ticketmaster and not MEN

I've just rung the MEN and spoken to security control. The 19th is the last night of dress rehearsal shows and you won't have any problems getting in as long as you redeem your printout at the Box Office just as I did last night.

I just rang the number for General Enquiries and pressed numbers as instructed, got an answer machine and rang the number offered for security control who I figured must be in the building and would know what was going on
