Hi,

Usually doors open an hour before the show starts - i have been selected for tickets and i choose tuesday then this morning they have emailed to say that the date has been changed and has changed to saturday

not sure whether they are preview tickets or not have you checked out the batman show website...it looks quite good!

Hi,
I also had tickets for tuesday for Batman, and gutted they changed the date cause i agree the show does look good! I emailed last night before i knew my tickets were invalid and i received a reply today saying arrive an hour before the show to collect your tickets.

Yeah I have booked tickets for Tuesday 19th and have been told that due to an error with dates these are not valid. They have instead given me a code that accesses tickets for Saturday 16th. However, the MEN website states “Tickets for the live-action arena residency, from Tuesday 19 - Sunday 24 July, are on sale now”. There cannot, surely, be preview tickets for a multi-million pound live-action showing?! So I’m feeling 99.999% sure that the dates must be wrong. However how can showfilmfirst not be picking up on this when people will be turning up for a probably non-existent showing tomorrow? I’m currently awaiting a response from showfilmfirst, does anyone have any more info?

The shows are previews for invited guests only. As in the people who apply for tickets from SFF.

no need to be so paranoid. It's about time these shows were offered outside of London

I emailed showfilmfirst about this the first day tickets were available, as wanted to confirm their dates were correct. Still waiting for a reply. My guess (hope) is these are rehearsal shows, and they want a small audience present to gauge their reactions.

I would expect that this will not be as popular as transformers was and would expect to see more 'no shows'. I think we will try and get there before 6. Also, they check your name off at the Virgin screenings.Word of warning about Odeon - they always use the smaller screen. If you ever have a choice between odeon and cineworld in birmingham (like with horrible bosses) go for Cineworld. The screen is bigger, more seats and free parking!"
glad to see the tickets were used for a change - can you tell me about the free parking at the cineworld - ive always had to pay when i have gone there so would be really great to find out how to park for free - cheers - dave:T

You need to park in the fiveways car park and get a ticket as normal. There is a little machine by the tills at the front of the cinema that validates the parking ticket. you just need to put it in there and follow the instructions. Then just use the ticket to exit without putting it in the payment machine. I think you get 3 hours and you are supposed to validate it on the way out rather than the way in. This is only for that Cineworld though as far as I know.
