Grr! I got an error message (failed connection) the first time I successfully entered my details, tried entering them again, and now won't let me book because it says I've already booked! But I haven't, never got beyond entering my details. Think I'll just pay to see it instead of wasting half the day trying to get free tickets!0

Couldn't get onto the virgin website through works computer (google chrome) but website loaded promptly on my iphone and after a few refreshes was able to get 3 tickets. Not too pleased with the choice of cinema, out of the 7 in my city it's at the dirty one on the outskirts the other side of the city to me. Still, can't complain for free!0

Agreed, I refreshed the fatal error page about ten times and then got through to book tickets. Looks like most cinemas still have availability...0
