No - I got tickets for Tuesday but received the following email:

"I regret to inform you that due to adating error the tickets you have for 19th July are not valid. However, we can offer you tickets for the 15th or 16th July instead".

I then received a code for tickets for Friday or Saturday

ive got tickets for the 19th and haven't received an email from Showfilmfirst saying this

Im slightly worried now that im going to get there and be turned away with my Son(who would quite obviously be very upset) and Nephew

ive just sent them an email, but im not holding out any hope of getting a reply as they seem to be very slow to reply

Showfilmfirst can be found on Facebook. People with queries could try posting on there.

I'm sure that people used to be able to post enquires. They might have altered the settings with all the Virgin/SFF problems and site crashes.

All I can suggest is tacking on an enquiry to an existing wall post. Maybe that will get their attention.

Bear in mind that the people who reply to queries seem to be located in Australia, so there will be a delay due to time differences.

You could always ring the M.E.N. and ask them if the show is going ahead.

the show will be going ahead,as its opening night, but from reading the posts on here,we shouldnt have tickets for it

Well if it was me that was affected and I had doubts of any kind I would be ringing the venue as I am sure they can provide clarification. SFF are known to be slow at responding if ever.

If you are worried about letting two children down, surely this is the way to go. maybe your email went into your spam folder and you didn't notice. Maybe you weren't offered an alternative date with corresponding code, SFF can be erratic. I would strongly suggest ringing MEN now and you might find you will also be offered tickets for tonight's show.

    That's my two pennyworth:)

It will be one code printed in all the papers, not specific to each individual newspaper.
