for those people that went to the Despicable me screening in north greenwich, how long did it take for you to get your complimentary tickets. i still haven't got mine and have been emailing sky for the last 2 weeks and all they said was that they're chasing it. is there anyone who is still waiting for their tickets0

Saw Yogi Bear this morning in Bury, which I really didn't fancy, but very glad I went - good fun. The screening was full by 10.20 (10.30 start).******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

I saw this today. Good film spoilt by the usual people arriving up to 30 mins into the film talking loudly looking for seats and people with toddlers who have no interest in watching the film but just want to go up and down the stairs or cry. It's a cinema, not a creche. I would never have taken my children to the cinema under the age of 3 (probably 5 was the earliest) so why do people take babies and barely walking toddlers. Then they procees to tell them off loudly the whole time rather than take them out.:mad:0 -

Birmingham was a bit like that too. And the place looked like a bomb site when we left - why can't people put their rubbish in the bin these days??
And while I agree about the screaming kids, not all youngsters are like that of course - I've been taking my boy to the cinema since he was two, and he's always been impeccably behaved. I know how much talking etc. annoys me so I'd never have it any other way!0 -

Must admit this is one of my pet hates. My heart sank when I saw people taking in very young tots - why on earth do people take them? They don't watch the film and understandably get very bored very quickly and are up and down stairs and back and forth to the loo ******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

I think that quite a few of us are in "unfortunate geographical locations"! There has been nothing...nothing...for Exeter for weeks now. The North seems to have loads, so perhaps it's a North/South divide!! :rotfl:
Just joking before someone starts on me...I AM a northerner who lives in DEVON!
Ah, that is an unfortunate geographical position!

I bet they wouldn't take them if they were paying full price.0
