Tis ok, I think it's because a lot of people have their email address as their full name, me included.

Hope you're enjoying the site tho :)
  • Guys, not sure if this will help anyone but if you are looking for any tickets, it might be worth a Google search: "site:www . showfilmfirst . com <location>", where you put your city/town in place of "<location>" and take out the spaces between the dots in the web link (sorry, new user so can't post links!) should bring up a couple of results - there might not be any tickets left but I check every now and again in case any more have been released!

Does anyone have a contact number for show film first, the guy who answers their help enquiry emails is extremely unhelpful and has completely ignored my last two emails. I first raised my issue with them on Jan 13th i get one response a day (if i am lucky) and they don't seem to be reading my emails at all, as they just send me generic responses.

    Hi

I have had to pass my ticket to see True Grit @ Glasgow on to a work colleague, I am now unable to make it on Tuesday, it has my name on it though and says to take ID, are they strict with this? I have never been asked before but he is worried he will not get in. Thanks in advance :D
