    Just back from my screening.
Cinema packed..... and I mean 105% occupancy.
We were on very front row - and we got there 15 minutes before start time !

What can I say about the film?! - just loved it.
Undoubtedly it has holes in the plot and flaws in the logic...... but I loved it.
Much more believable than Law Abiding Citizen more in the real world than Mission Impossible et al.
Plans go wrong, desperation sets it, the odds are stacked against them.... the legal system and the cops.
Fate lends a helping hand, then gives a cruel twist.
    Loved it.
On the edge of my seat right to the end ( even though I had read some reviews so could guess at the ending!)
9 out of 10 from TOB

p.s MR Crowe showing his age.... then again, his character was supposed to be a middle class, average, law-abiding, not even got a parking ticket type of guy..... but they really didn't try to pretty him up..... like Mr Butler in LAC.

Only about 30% full at ours - mind you I was surprised it was that full considering the amount of snow that had settled on just the main roads & bus routes,(never mind the back streets  ) how slippery it was and how much was still falling from above.

As for THE NEXT THREE DAYS ....

    ... I have just two words :) ..............

Just for those who screen posts - I did not stalk Lorweld to track his location - lol.

It says 'Location: Ireland' in his descriptor box - lol.

Just wanted to clarify in the days of post clarification.
Lol you wouldn't be a very good stalker so cos I is a girl :rotfl:

I'm really sorry about that - lol. I'm sure someone mentioned your name before and said 'he' - oops.

In that case, I'd be very worried if you looked like CM, but I still think he managed to look good as a woman in Breakfast on Pluto and Peacock.

  • Went to see Last Three Days today, tickets said 6:30 for 7:00, we got there at 6:45 and the film was already well started!

Angry crowd complaining to the cinema manager who very kindly said we could go into one of the other films that were just starting, but was adamant that they hadn't started the film early!

So we saw Harry Potter instead!

If you still had the email link to the ticket, you could send this to the ticket provider and explain that you didn't get to see the film. They are usually good at remedying situations like this. The cinemas themselves don't seem to want to know.

Yep, same in Oxford...we arrived at 6:30pm for 7.00pm as printed on the ticket to find the cinema empty and the film just starting...the first half an hour or so was frustrating with people coming in and talking over what they assumed were trailors but at the end the cinema manager came and said sorry and gave us all a 'dateless ticket' for any other film :T

Incidently, The Last Three Days was pretty good!

Yes apparantly a remake of French film "Pour Elle".
But since I haven't seen that one, I thoroughly enjoyed the film.

Another Prison film due out soon as well I think staring Hilary Swank called Conviction

Did anyone sign up to that KGB Empire DVD rental deal, and actually got their promised Cineworld tickets yet? I've asked them about it twice now and they didn't answer.
