I haven't really flown at all this week. I was hoping to catch up a bit today, at least with the washing and ironing but I am unable to do anything. I travelled south on Friday to a reunion and while on the plane got a sore head which has got progressively worse. In the beginning I can only describe it as a cricked neck but in my head. I really struggled in bed last night and it is agony today as it has moved down into my neck as well. Painkillers are only taking a slight edge off the pain so I am trying to do very little. I am getting very frustrated at not being able to do anything but I can't even sit still without being in pain. OH asked if I wanted to go to the hospital this morning but I am quite happy to wait and see the doctor tomorrow. We have a gig tomorrow and I am a bit worried about not being able to do it, I hate letting people down but at the moment I wouldn't be able to get my uniform on, never mind stand there for ages. Sorry for the moaning post, I know there are people on here with real problems but I have never experienced a feeling of pain where I can't do anything at all. Hopefully it won't last for too long.

I haven't really had a chance to read the thread this week so I hope everyone is ok, hugs and good vibes to anyone who needs them x

    Update:
    DS2 rubbed
    washing out and WM on
DS2 and I are sitting down with lunch (he's doing well, so can't be feeling too ill now)

Still waiting for other family members to come home, so I will put proper clothes on after lunch, rather than slobbing around gear. Must also bed our bed ready with clean bedding.

ajmoney - If you're still reading, have you thought about phoning NHS direct? They could probably tell you if you should get it checked out today. I'm not very good with pain, so would probably have been at the emergency doctor's long before now.

    Good afternoon :)

    Well done sockdrawer!

Had a lazy morning as for the first time in months I didn't need to leave the house before lunch time. I've still got my PJ top on which is always a good sign (but popped to bin and with the dog with a coat over the top) anyway going to plod around clearing clutter, doing laundry and general tidying today I think. Have thrown a bag full out already :)

Hope you all have a good day x
One day I might be more organised...........

Then MR T came at 12 so I've put that away and rung them with a query. Just had a quick sandwich and now need to get dressed as we are popping out.

Sockdrawer - you could still go on the mortgage free board and have your own diary on there which would be saving towards your own house.

You're all going to laugh at me..... Mr T... it's Tesco isn't it? I thought it was some sort of discount store from down south we didn't get in Scotland. I even googled "Mr T" (yes, obviously I got Mr T!!) to see if they did mail order as I thought they must have good prices-so many MSEers use it. Ho hum, sound of penny dropping in a very empty brain :o

Juliejim That's a good idea. Thank you I'll have a think about it all while we're away.
