juliejim sorry hun I am hopeless at that - can you fiddle with the controls and get it to drain at all - could the wiring in the plug have come loose and thats why its shorting?

Not much flying today. Ive been helping out at a Mind, Body and Spirit Festival. Have had a fantastic day and met some lovely people.

Just had a quick tidy then something to eat and a cuppa.

I hope you are all ok

I had a very unexpected Saturday afternoon and night in Portsmouth, got told at 10.15am Saturday morning, was on my way at 12 noon!!!! but had a lovely time, gunwarf is lovely to walk round, the hotel was good and food as well..

So since being back I have been flying to catch up, and OH 'moaning' about me flying!!!!

So hugs if you need them

Brought washing in, hung damp towels over banisters, rest in td to finish off.

DD1 just got up from a nap, DD2 out at her friends.

Have 2 very large pots of curry base sauce. Will make up some curries and freeze I think.

Drove about listening to my new car radio from aldi, its brilliant as I can plug in my ipod and listen to my toooonsss....excellent.

Right off to get some stuff done.

dusty Huge hugs. AF has that effect on me too. I don't recognise myself, and worst of all she seems to be visiting me at such odd times! (Does the menopause start at 43?) It's when the little things lead to a socks stompy moment.... oh dear, now I'm fessing up!)

juliejim We have a brilliant Bosch. The only thing that bugs me about it is that it beeps for about 15 mins when the wash is finished. I draw the line at being nagged at by my WM, and don't want to add her as a toxic person

Toots Thank you sweetie for all the encouragement. You know I wouldn't be here without you! I can't believe the difference in just two weeks! I can nearly have real people round instead of virtual (or just as chaos-ed) ones!

Spent rest of afternoon down at the farm where we were at the wedding last night helping to clear everything up. The brides DS and our DS2 get on really well, and everyone was pitching in. DH and I put my flylady stuff to good use sorting out their wee nest for them. It was totally appreciated, and a good OS helpout.
We're away from tomorrow afternoon, so I'll see you again in a couple of weeks time. (If I can resist popping in tomorrow morning!)

I have done lots today as DH was out cycling for most of the day. I will wait for Pigpen and the new list, then add my leftover bits to it. I must learn how to post it easily. I use a mac at home and a pc at work, and I struggle a bit!

MIL and FIL are coming to stay soon, so I need to sort out the spare room. It has been a dumping ground since our holiday (June) and one of the cats likes to sleep under the bed, so it will need moving - the bed not the cat - and giving a good vacuum. I must confess that I have never cleaned my dyson, so will learn how to do that too.

Off for a quick shower and pjs then xfactor and an early night

Not too much flying this week, life has got in the way a bit. Hopefully next week will be easier (always the optimist!). Hugs to everyone that needs them, and spoons too. Memory like a sieve, but hurrah for paying off cc bills, making life decisions, going on holiday, & for those planning meets

Hi everyone - sorry I've not been posting but I have tried to keep up with the thread. I'm still way behind with the flying and I'm resigned to it being half term before I achieve much. This weekend I have done 3 loads of washing, washed up and wiped worksurfaces and appliances in the kitchen, cleaned the toilet and sink, and been shopping (for me, for Rainbows, and for school!!)

Well I'm not feeling any better. Went in the shower earlier to see if it would perk me up a bit and it was the worst decision ever, and OH had to dry my back as I couldn't manage how pathetic. I doubt I will be doing any flying in the near future but I will follow you all.
