  • I dont know of a thread like that but you could start one :j it would be an amazing thread to read, its like a mortgage free wannabe but saving instead of paying a loan.

Yes, that's the type of thing I was looking for. If there isn't one, then yes, I could think it through and try to start a thread- thank you for the idea (you're always so encouraging :A) .... Let me have a think....

    In my HHC I

    Emptied the shredder
Started empting the major hotspot in the kitchen
    More shredding from hotspot
    Sorted recycling

Then MR T came at 12 so I've put that away and rung them with a query. Just had a quick sandwich and now need to get dressed as we are popping out.

Sockdrawer - you could still go on the mortgage free board and have your own diary on there which would be saving towards your own house.

Oh dear - it's taken me a lot longer and I still haven't achieved everything on my list. Was interrupted by two phonecalls, though, and DS2 isn't very well, so motivating him to do any homework is a struggle. It's just a cold, but he's not feeling great. I've given him calpol and am just about to get the vapo rub from the bathroom. At least I'm bathed and some more washing is on the go.

    Next job:
    vapo rub for DS2
washing out and next load on
    lunch

DS2 is desperate to come to the shops with me, but I don't think it would be good for him. Waiting for DS1 to come home from his friend's, then I can get going.

Me, as I want to be ready to go out as soon as DS1 is back (or DH, but that will take a while).
