Plan is to hoover and potter today.
Everybody out at present (football) except me and DS3 who is practising long jump in the living room onto my clean sofa cushions whilst watching the commonwealth games.
Need to take DH to the airport later to plus all boys have homework to finish and I need to finish DS3's costume.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining area

Sweep and mop the floor
Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Shine the sink!
Level Two
Wipe fronts of appliances and units
Make a cupboard inventory.. and a list of stuff to stock up on.. make sure you winter survival kit is sorted.. candles, matches, medicines etc... and your car too.. first aid box, blankets.. you never know when you may need them!
Wipe table and replace cloth if needed
Level Three
Clear and wipe tops of wall units
Extras- Empty and wash out bins
- wash windows
Level One
Declutter floor and floordrobe
Strip wash and replace bedding
Level Two
Vacuum Floors

[STRIKE]Binbag dance[/STRIKE]
Wednesday - Sitting Room and Hallway
Level Three
Empty and wash out vacuum cleaner.. don't forget filters!
Thursday ~ Bathroom, Study and Stairs!

Vacuum/mop all these floors

I've been for a run this morning - not run for 4 weeks solid due to flu and holiday - just did 5k and my word it was tough. Will stick at this for this week then get back on track next week to get to 10k. Originally hoped to get there by November and looks like will put it back now to Dec

Thanks for the HHC, sockdrawer. I started 15min late (got sidetracked putting detail in my challenge list, so I know what I intend to do about each item first), but in 30min I managed to
strip our bed
divide up Mt Washmore and put first lot in
finish putting clean towels away
sort yesterdays clean washing into iron/non-iron
empty DW and put breakfast things in
clean bottom of fridge (meat had leaked)
put some socks on multi-peg thing ready to go out
wash MW plate and grill stand
start putting fruit/veg away
Next jobs:
update budget after shopping yesterday
bath and get dressed
read with DS2 and get him started on a HW task

I sorted washing, emptied a small box of toys and sorted and poly-pocketed a pile of receipts. (hate doing that one, so fiddly)

Good morning Ladies (& gents if we have any around at the mo) :hello:
I havent really done anything constructive yet today. I have had a bath, put on a face mask, decluttered my eyebrows.... :cool:
Have now filled the sink in the kitchen with hot soapy water and filled the washing machine..... should go put it on now really!
Not sure which list to start with today so am off to have a look at both.

- Wipe/defluff blinds/curtains etc

Tidy the linen cupboard
Clear and clean top of chest of drawers or bedside cupboards
Tidy a chest of drawers/bedside cupboard.. fling the junk/unworn stuff and make it all neat.
Extras- Organise christmas projects
- Gather up all the random gibble in a box or bag
- Sort through above gibble filled box/bag
- Clear and wipe window sills
Level One

Clean any ornaments, glass, mirrors, pictures etc
Level Three
Wipe paintwork
HHC in the hallway.......wipe paintwork,
Empty and wash out vacuum cleaner.. don't forget filters!
Extras- Clean switches and sockets
- Wipe the windows in these areas

Wipe keyboard/monitor etc... the works!!.. while the computer runs a defrag!
scrub the tiles.. paying particular attention to yellowed grout.. toothbrush and bleach works well!
Wash bath mats, shower curtains, nets, blinds etc
Level Three
Wipe paintwork on the landings
Clear and tidy and sort a bookcase/shelves!
Clear and wipe the desk. do relevant filing/shredding etc
Extras- Catch up on important emails.. delete at least 50 unwanted ones!
