Morning All
Happy Birthday to cally-c and Shysarah - hope you both have a great day!
DS ended up at the doctor's last night but after waiting 2 hours was told it was just a viral infection so no use going.
Af has arrived this morning so that doesn't bear well for me getting a lot done today - I usually feel knackered. Got loads to do though so we'll see how it goes. Mr T's coming at lunchtime so that'll be another job as well.
I suppose I ought to make a start really!
Have a good day all

Good morning everyone
Happy birthday to shy sarah and cally-c. Hope you have a lovely day.
That's great news, sockdrawer. You've worked really hard to pay the cards off and that's definitely worth mentioning on here. Hoping to get there, too, in the not too distant future.
Sunday plans for the Chaos household:
laundry x ? (lots, anyway, and the nice weather hasn't materialised yet)
tea (must put pork in SC soon)
HW with DS2
school work
go to local shopping centre (need wiper blades, hoping to find MIL's b.day present and some new slippers for me - have vouchers - also top-up shop from Mr M's)
some baking (may need to go back to farm for more eggs)
OK, I've got to p.35 of memory girl's thread and I've decided to set myself my own 100 day challenge. I'm starting tomorrow and finishing on 18th January (or 31st December, if I want to start the next one with the new year). I will post any flying-related progress on here, but I'm mainly doing this for myself and the kids. I will probably need to break the list down further/be more detailed and add timescales, but this is it so far:
Health
Choose, start and maintain a form of exercise
lose 21 lbs
Financial
Save/make £1200 (emergency fund, start of holiday fund, contingency fund)
House
Declutter/clean each room and make a list of jobs for that room in the process
Relationships
get in touch with a different person (friend/family) each week
Attitude
Find and read ‘the secret’
What do I want to do
weekly pamper session
Family
Spend some quality time with DS2 each day (and DS1, if he's home)
Eat at table every day as soon as it’s possible
Find low/no cost things to do at weekends with DSs and do them
I've probably missed things out, but this is more than enough for my first challenge. I suspect that there will be more to follow. The declutter/clean really has to be finished by Christmas, so we can enjoy the holiday properly. I have seven rooms and the stairs to do, and 10 weeks to go. Best get on with today's list, then.
Have a lovely Sunday, everyone.

though I'd LOVE a ferret.. however much they honk..
Pigpen- this twin thing's getting spooky as... We sadly lost our beloved ferrets to old age in the spring, and haven't quite got round to replacing them yet. They are wonderful animals, intelligent, curious, friendly, and, if handled kindly from birth, gentle wonderful companions. I've found they don't honk too much (but I may be used to it). They just smell a bit musky. Have to differ on the dog thing though, wouldn't be without our wee labrador for the worldSaving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Morning all
I've got a load of washing out on the line but so far it's just as dull as yesterday and that load didn't dry either. Had to put the heating on last night to finish that off, but we were cold too.
Prepared all the veg for dinner, both DDs are coming today.
Tidied round and that's about it so far.
Hope everyone's OK.0 -
