I have just discovered there is free listing on ebay today and tomorrow!!!! how did I miss that!

Thanks for that Toots - I only list when there's free listing! Mainly because I have such low starting prices...

Okay I need a new WM! Current WM is tripping the electric and is sitting there with water in and I need the clothes out.

    Any ideas on either front?

Birthday wishes to CallyC and Shysarah xx
Ajmoney - hope you're feeling much better very soon xx

My hhc carried on until now! Everywhere is looking better now. It drives me mad how much carp is left around in this house. No worries though, it's all in bin bags by the back door. They have till tonight to rescue stuff or it's in the dustbin. Not sure how amused they'd be as it includes school books, music, toys.....:rotfl:.

Going to wash my car now!

    Speak soon xx

  • Only just sat down again!! In my extended HHC I sorted and put away 2 loads of washing and got the last one in the WM. Tidied the lounge again (same things of DD's that I'd put away yesterday) and vacced it and the hall. Sorted my hotspot kitchen table and now have pile of mine and one of DD's to declutter (about to put them away). Swept the kitchen floor. Taken gammon (very small basics one for sandwiches)out of the pan, removed the fat and put oven for a few minutes with honey on it. Washed and removed a little mold, skin and bad bits from some overipe tomatoes and made them and some garlic, onion and tom puree into pasta sauce to be blended and put some pasta on as DD is hungry.
So pleased I got on with things instead of having the nap I wanted to have!!

Ok, you are all working hard and I am sat here reading about it......but I have a plan.....I have a couple of I**a boxes left, will designate them to a room each and go round the house and put out of place things in the relevant box. Also I aseem to have magazines and books(cookery/ SW/ mags from subscription) and we have a nice bookcase that OH made when we were in the last house, in the attic.....stuff on that(Friends DVD's and stuff from America) I want to keep will go into boxes and stored neatly, and the shelves will be brought down here to put into an alcove and used to keep all books / mags tidy....It's a plan!!!!!

The sun came out this afternoon :) All the washing is dry, folded and put away. I've cut the grass back and front and edged it and swept up. Then I sat in the garden for an hour reading my book. Don't suppose I'll get many more chances of that before the winter comes. Time Team soon.

    In a foul mood.

Had a row with DH when I dropped him off at the airport over £1

Had a row on the phone with DS1 who is on a golf course and won't be back for his tutor despite saying he would be before he went.

My mother has DS2 and will be dropping him back and I'm so not in the mood to see her.

I wanted to spend the day gardening and have managed 1 hour thanks to doing stuff for everybody else. Mighty fed up. Do you think AF is due here by any chance.

sounds like it Dusty - I never ever want to see my mum when I'm pre-menstrual because I will fly off the handle at her (less than tactful on occasion) comments. And then she'll tell me why I'm snappy...

Pigpen - not for your ears/eyes...;) - then you don't have to think about the words 'wrinkly' and 'sex' in the same thought:rotfl:

Chances are she'll be in a grot with me anyway. When the LSB was here yesterday I was somewhat 'occupied' and ignored the phone...and the mobile...chances are she was actually outside the house rather than ringing me from hers - but my bedroom curtains were shut;) so she didn't actually walk in (which she does, regularly) - so she'll know what I was up to and not be impressed (and yes I am a mature woman and I do own my own house and she's no angel and she'll still be 'disgusted'...!!!!!!)

I texted her that I was out. She texted back 'oh right':rotfl:
