Bought a load of these plastic santa stockings very cheaply (got about 120 of them altogether). Any quick and cheap ideas what to put in them or should I just sell them for say 20p each. It's for our school charity evening on Thursday. Been making cards, snowman soup, reindeer food and snowman poop so far. Oh and wine charms and little bags of sweets. If I had known then what I know now . . .

I posted on another thread this morning about poo pricing...
I buy bags of 200g for 65p at Aldi. I split into 4 bags, so 50g per bag. I've worked it out to 22p per bag cost (including bag and topper) and I sell at 50p per bag, or 3 for £1.
So I don't make much, but use it as a loss leader to get more people to come and look at the other items.
If I were selling for charity I'd make sure there was a BIG sign to advertise that fact and I wouldn't give a discount for 3 packs.0 -
Hi All not sure if this is the correct place to put this, i am organising an "olde fashioned xmas" in aid of Cystic fibrosis, at St, Marys Church, Beverley, East Yorkshire, it is running from 11am untill 4pm, on saturday 3rd December, we have variouse choirs and bell ringers, santa and much more throughout the day, stalls £10 plus a raffle donation, and i have a few left, if anyone is interested, we have been very lucky in that Waitrose are sponsering this event, and are expecting a huge footfall, we dont need any more sweetie stalls but anything else welcome x:T0

Hi, can I ask where you got the stockings from please. I have looked everywhere on the internet for empty 18" plastic stockings. I only need about a dozen.
Many thanks0 -

Sure I saw on here that someone had done Santa's kisses (red lips) and Santa's teeth but cannot find them. Am looking for the little poem or bag topper. Been busy making up snowman poop tonight for our fundraising stall at the School Christmas shopping event. If I had known then what I know now . . .
