I have made a loads of these crafty bits for friends at work and I was looking for something to put them in as gift bags are getting expensive compare to the cost of making the items. Someone on the grabbit board has put a link to Asda selling smart price christmas gift bags for only 19p so will get some of these if they are big enough with my next shopping order. Thank you for replying.0 -

I bought a huge bag of fun cutters in Asda, there must be 20 or more. It was only £1.98 and there are all shapes, colours and sizes. eg hearts, dogs, rabbits, stars and many more
Hope that helpsEvery sixty seconds you spend angry, upset or mad, is a full minute of happiness you'll never get back..:p

I have lurked with great interest on your thread and the stuff you have made is incredible but what do you do when Christmas has gone? What do you do from January to say August when you're not in Christmas mode?
Just wondered,
Thanks Janmrs tooti-frooti0 -
Well, I should be starting on crafting for the next set of fairs, plan on doing a few throughout the year in 2012. Determined to get more business-like in my crafting. I want to see if I can make a go at bringing in a regular income with what I make.
I also should carry on making xmas stuff while I still have the xmas urge, so I am not rushed at the end of the year like I usually am!
I have a few projects lined up for myself in Jan/Feb too. Forever making things for everyone else and ending up with nothing for myself. Need to cover a few chairs (after painting them), as well as a table runner and place-mats, not to jention the numerous quilts I want to make!!! There are also a few workshops I would like to go attend, always keen to learn new techniques.
A friend is trying to get me back to making lace, so I'll have to look out all my lace-making stuff, no doubt the mice have been nesting in at least one of the pillows...well they are stuffed with straw, so perfect for little rodents!!
Hope this gives you some ideas mrs tooti-frooti...there are so many things I want to do and make, there just aren't enough months in the year!!! :rotfl: I haven't done any cross stitch for months and I have a couple fo pieces I really need to finish. One is nearly done, but the other has at least 18 months work needed to finish it!!
