Brochure 17 - Fragrance Offer
The FREE Francesca watch is only available when £12 is spent on the fragrances across pages 22 - 45. Please ensure your customers understand this when ordering.
I have a customer ordered £12 worth of fragranced roll-ons for their watch. Jolly well hope it comes ok. Why on earth not put the relevant items on separate pages? Hope this isn't going to be a problem. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

she might be new. Am going to email the ASM who told me to email her and have a moan.
Last time there was a new rep, our old ASM told her to go wherever she liked as most reps don't cover their territory.:mad:0 -
lets hope after you moan to her they sort it all out. i think thats the only problem when there are a few reps in the same area. i'm quite lucky as there is another rep in the area I live and we both stick to our own area. I dont fancy having an disagreement in the street or anything!
Thats quite bad that the old ASM told new reps to go wherever she liked!- didnt she understand/know that other's may already being doing the area etc?0 -

got a horrid feeling thats what they're saying in the message... Its only the actual perfumes etc. reckon they've realised they havent laid it out well and thats why they sent the message on Avon site
Hope not for you though!0 -
Any idea whereabouts it is on the avon site? Cant find it anywhere! Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

She knew but didn't care. She was under pressure to sign up Reps, and was more interested in signing people up, rather than checking available territory.
It was quite funny because the rep lives on my territory, but I hadn't canvassed her house, as she lives in a flat, and the first few flats I had canvassed, I found books not left out or my order form in the middle of the street!
So she said she bought avon and decided to become a rep to get it cheaper. I told her she was on my territory! She still orders but only has a few customers.
My ASM couldn't care less! It wouldn't have been hard to sign her up and say yes your road is taken, here are available roads. I found 2 roads for that rep. Recently I asked her if she was canvassing them, she said no, as another Rep did them, but I have picked up customers from these 2 roads, and they say they have never seen a rep!0 -

Your ASM would have got you to order them as Avon like us to order our books 2 campaigns in advance, she was just training you
I don't go on Avon Connect as I don't like the layout and the busyness of it, if that makes sense? I finally got a reply to my question, I have no ASM at the moment! Someone is looking after it at the moment via e-mail. And yes, I can believe that Avon people are bigging up the products, they will be paid to do that, and as it is open to Joe Public, they need to promote themselves. Although I think you should have negative as well as positive comments as it gives both sides of the product. And even if someone reads something negative, they may decide to try the product for themselves anyway and may write a positive feedback. But hey ho, it is Avon's forum, and they can do what they like.
Campaign continuation sheets are for people who do paper ordering, you won't need them as you are doing online ordering.
Just order C1 for now, as remember you have to pay for your books out of your discount, so you want to keep something for yourself!
you get 50 paper bags in a pack, no matter which size you order.
Thanks for your help Aureol - yet againEspecially clearing up the ordering of books two campaigns ahead. I suppose it keeps you 'in' doesn't it? Put you off any idea of quitting, when you already have the books:D
I'm growing increasingly cynical of connects. They literally rave about the products. There is a fair bit of criticism - but more about the operational side; territory mainly.
Have you thought of applying for the ASM job? You mentioned you weren't too happy in your job a while back - you know AVON inside out - I bet the pay isn't too bad.:cool:0
