Chelsealou - Not sure how long you've been doing Avon (sorry havent been on here for ages) but I know territory can be a pain in the butt some times. I found that it can take a couple of times of you dropping books off and picking up on time before people trust you to be relible before they order. Also I put a slip into books when doing new roads asking if they want to carry on receiving a book. This way you can weedle out people who dont want to see the book and save yourself some time. If this has already been suggested sorry for repeating
Aureol - Im just as bad at keeping in touch lol. Hubby has got a new job so has to have the car now which means Im more or less housebound lol :cool:0 -
I meant that it seems as though there are AVON people ever present always ready to big up the products. Maybe it's just me..
Anyway.
I'm preparing my order and as my ASM helped me with my first one - I wonder could someone tell me what current campaign continuation sheets are and should I be ordering them.
Also I am sending of C17 and already have C18 books (50) - should I order C1 and C2 or just C1. My ASM got me to order C18 when I sent of C16 - still cant remember why.:o
and finally - you know the paper bags? How many are there in a pack?
TY x0 -
minigirl i've been doing it for 6 weeks now, not long got my territory! and was doing f&f to start off with and neighbours! I did put notes in the books to start off with and only seemed to have got 1 back out of 20! which isnt too bad! so i know not to leave them a book again! I'm just hoping things pick up! im suprised people havent ordered as c17 has some really good offers in! even did spend £10 and recieve a free gift! back out tomorrow before work! (this time i'm gonna be wrapped up like its no tomorrow if its cold!) to put notes thru doors for them to leave books out as ive found people dont take no notice of when im going back to collect!0

Your ASM would have got you to order them as Avon like us to order our books 2 campaigns in advance, she was just training you
I don't go on Avon Connect as I don't like the layout and the busyness of it, if that makes sense? I finally got a reply to my question, I have no ASM at the moment! Someone is looking after it at the moment via e-mail. And yes, I can believe that Avon people are bigging up the products, they will be paid to do that, and as it is open to Joe Public, they need to promote themselves. Although I think you should have negative as well as positive comments as it gives both sides of the product. And even if someone reads something negative, they may decide to try the product for themselves anyway and may write a positive feedback. But hey ho, it is Avon's forum, and they can do what they like.
Campaign continuation sheets are for people who do paper ordering, you won't need them as you are doing online ordering.
Just order C1 for now, as remember you have to pay for your books out of your discount, so you want to keep something for yourself!
you get 50 paper bags in a pack, no matter which size you order.0 -

chelseylou, if you find you are still not getting orders, ask for more territory.
Where I live, I only have a few regular customers and when I sat down and counted the number of no thank you ever notes I got, it was quite a lot! and I told my ASM this! It could just be bad territory. I have elderly people that have no interest, one lady told me she doesn't use Avon, etc, etc.0 -

Market Research
Avon is conducting a Global research study with Representatives to understand their experience of being an Avon Representative and the service they receive. Representatives will be invited to take part in the research via a telephone call on behalf of Avon Products. If they accept, the Representative will be invited to a venue in one of the below towns or cities for a face-to-face interview with a researcher.
Glasgow, Liverpool, Newcastle upon Tyne, Manchester, Nottingham, London, Birmingham, Bristol, Norwich, Southend
This research will take place at the end of September / October and the interview will last approximately 45 minutes. Participation is entirely voluntary and all responses will be completely confidential. Those who do take part will be given a cash gift of £20. Avon will only receive the results from the survey and not individual responses. Participating in the survey is their opportunity to provide honest feedback to Avon on their opinions.0 -
hahaha, just keying in my orders and picked up a book from my regular customer's house on my new roads, and just noticed it is not my order form! It has another rep's name and number on it! My customer wouldn't have noticed as the name is similar to mine! Going to text the rep and tell her that is it my customer and am keeping the order. She orders when she wants stuff and last campaign didn't order anything but said keep the books coming. Problem is she was on my back campaign and has now ordered from C17!0
