Hi CutiePie
I thought it was £15 split over first two Campaigns? Maybe I'm wrong.
I think I shall do as you say and build up a little stash before introducing another offer - think I just wanted to tempt people in!
My SL is coming on Monday for my training - she gave me 40 C16 books as I decided to canvass, so guessing she might make me order my C17s....
If she tells you to order C17s, show her Hello Tomorrow, your sign up book and say but it says you provide them free for 2 campaigns. I will not be ordering as you are providing them, nicely of course.0 -
My manager, Did the order for me, to show me how to go on, but i cant log on as there was problems rang and they told me to try again after 24 hrs, but thought i would leave it until my manager comes back.
But As i say i have had enough, I also went around two roads to find that there was another rep already doing it  It seems this happens a awful lot.
So i just want to return everything back to them, ideally before my manager comes back.
I'm very sorry, but you need to e-mail Avon, here is an address, and ask them how you can return the items. As a courier will not be calling to your address, as you haven't placed an order, and you return via the courier for free.
uk.contact@avon.com
Hopefully they can do the credits for you and arrange something.0 -

With a big fixed grin like this -.
Poor woman, she may be perfectly fine about it all and I'm expecting the worse! I'm quite enjoying Avon, more than I thought I would. I didn't think I had any orders today when I collected my books - then started jumping up and down and rang my husband when I found three :rotfl:Avon Representative October 2010: C16: £276 :T C17: £297 :j0 -

Yes it is £15 over two campaigns sorry, getting myself confused!! If you are doing territory its surely a given that you'll be canvassing so that shouldn't make any difference! If she is coming to yours for training then she may bring books with her. I didn't even get any training so count yourself lucky!! lol. :rotfl:DFBX2016 #160 - £3550/£8800

If I were just selling to friends and family I would have got 20 for C16 and 20 for C17. When I sent her a message asking about getting catalogues for C17 I did say that I had read online that I was supposed to be provided with brochures for 2 campaigns so I don't think there is much else I can do. Can I just order catalogues for C17 this order and the C18 catalogues when I submit my order for C17? Or is this a bad idea?
tell your SL that it clearly states you will be given free books in your first 2 campaigns, you know nothing about being given 40 in your first campaign means you are not entitled to no books in second campaign.
And that you will be contacting Avon, your SL's ASM about this too.
You pay and Admin fee for a reason! And unscrupulous SLs like this are giving the decent hardworking SLs a bad rep.0 -
Hi guys
Well after many doubts and wobbles I have not had too bad a couple of days! I'm currently up to £144 with 5 days to go on C16, my first campaign. Still have a few books out with people that I know are going to order and I may go and do a bit more canvassing. Got 3 orders from 10 houses on the opposite side of the road to me today-clearly not as tight as the ones on my side :-)
I've probably not made a great deal of money as I have my £7.50 to pay and I offered free gifts with any orders over £10....and guessing from a lot of posts here I'll end up buying my books for the second campaign. Guessing if I go for some 75p-£1.00 freebies I should be ok?
buy items from clearance for as little as 75p if you can or order the shower gels that are 75p, as if you hit HoV, you will pay 25% less on these. So only 57p on each, worth it for the over £10 orders.0 -

OK! Can I clear this up once and for all!
You have to pay Avon a £15 administration fee. It is £7.50 taken in your first campaign, if you place an order, and the second £7.50 is taken in your second campaign if you place an order.
You are provided with 20 campaign books in your first campaign and 20 in your second campaign. Your UPLINER (whoever signs you up) gets paid for the books, if they provide you with them and you place an order in each campaign.
For those who's SLs have given you 40 books in your first campaign, and told you, you have to order books for your 2nd campaign, I would like you to email Avon through Contact Us, give the name of your SL or ASM saying this is what they have said. In Hello Tomorrow, your Sign up Book, it clearly states you will be be given books for the FIRST TWO CAMPAIGNS, so you are entitled to receive your books, and should be receiving them! Tell Avon you would like your 2nd campaign books free of charge as advised.
Do not order your 2nd campaign books! Order your 3rd campaign books as these will not be provided.
Do not phone Avon, you need to e-mail through Contact Us, as the Call Centre in India, may not understand what is going on and how to resolve it.
Thanks for your postI emailed Avon sent to uk.contact@avon.com. My order has to be sent in by 10pm Monday (said this in my email) so hope it gets sorted by then! Does anyone know how quickly Avon get back to you by email?
