    We've been lucky to avoid the snow, although having trouble with ice. Was concerned about where the delivery was coming from etc. Has been now, complete with the avon anger management kit!
    Nothing missing from this order but still no planet spa gift set from last time. One more chance for it to come as customer has ordered it as a Xmas pressie. just got to see what customers think of the replacement gold bag now :cool:
    Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

    hi all

    ive had a few orders for c1 so am feeling pleased as i thought i wouldnt get any:D

    i was just after a bit of advice(again) as to the best way to order items that i wish to give out as free gifts,

    for example if i was ordering a shower gel that was £1 in the HT clearance section or £1 in the brochure, which should i buy? - i hope that makes sense..it looks as clear as mud as i read it back to myself:rotfl:

    Blinking e-brochure is annoying. Some on my FB page said its too slow and annoying. Im on c.1 and the widget is still 18. Dont know how else to make it available to them. c1 ends wednesday :(

    i would like to know this to if possible as i had a nosey at it yesterday and found the same problem as yourself.

    Order it from the brochure then you get your discount, you don't get discount from clearance x

    Definitely not too late. My delivery comes on a Thursday, and I deliver to my customers on the Tuesday afterwards. Sometimes I don't get round to checking everything off and bagging up until the Sunday so I've ordered immediate replacements on the monday / tuesday before.

    You'll be fine.

    For the missing it'em - if it doesnt turn up then if say other advice on here would be good. If not you'll have to pay for it yourself. Hopefully it's just one of those things and not your customer taking the p.

    For buying free gifts - items from HT are the price they say, so £1. If you order from the brochure then you'd get a discount and it'd be 80p or 75p depending if you hit mov or hov. Hth
