My order for c.1 is due in wednesday and I havent even delivered the orders from c.18 yet as the came on Tuesday and I havent been able to drive for the last 2 weeks. Its all f&f so not a biggy as far as customers are concerned but obviously I need to pay really soon. I am happy to pay for the orders my family got cos I know they will pay. But what do I do about the things I ordered for the stall..? I dont really want to do returns on them yet because I was thinking of doing a FB sale to see what I could shift. I looked at the credits bit on Avon but having never done them, or been shown them, I dont really know how to go about it the right way under my circumstances. Would you put reason 52? And do I just put that in and leave the quantity returned blank for now as Im not wanting to send them back?

morning all hope all is well with everyone, and that aureol feels better soon
just a quickie! I've got a customer who has ordered from me, I delivered her order to her, later that evening I got a message on FB saying that an item was missing. which is strange because I packed/bagged the order up on the same morning as what i delivered and know its in there as remember seeing it! and I always double check ive got everything! she is still adament that its still missing. I know its not at home as all the stuff ive got is stock for my stall and its all be put into a box and i got everything out last night to see what things would look like on my table! any idea's on what to do????0 -

I hate things like this too!!! her's was the only bag i had bagged up that morning and have looked everywhere and cant find it! I have asked her if she has managed to find it as could of been at the bottom of the carrier bag i gave her but havent heard anything, even checked in the car but no sign,
my delivery was on thursday so prob abit late to tell them its missing!

Hello everyone, as with everyone having a bit of a nightmare at the moment! Anyhow, I can't stop long as prepping books to go out tomorrow, I just wondered if anyone has a 'whats in my heart bracelet' in their stock boxes?
A lovely couple ordered it for their granddaughter for christmas and surprise surprise its out of stock. I can't find it on Avon's website either which is suggesting bad news despite the invoice saying that it will be sent as soon as in stock (Rather than no more ever!). I'm going to ring customer services tomorrow but I thought if anyone has one pretty please can I buy it from you and you pop in the post for me?
Its not even on ebay!

Arrggh Have only just managed to get hold of the company that delivers my Avon to find out they are running a day late so wont be delivering my order till tomorrow!!!! I have done nothing yet for C1 so will have to rush everyone. Grrrr not happy!!!0

Blinking e-brochure is annoying. Some on my FB page said its too slow and annoying. Im on c.1 and the widget is still 18. Dont know how else to make it available to them. c1 ends wednesday0
