Aww Cutiepie that would be excellent! Tell you what, let me check with the customer when I deliver the rest of her order (probably tomorrow if it arrives OK) that she's happy to wait a few days, and if so I'll get back to you if that's all right? I'd just need the one so if anyone else is short then maybe it might help them out too. Thank you so much! :D

Re Customer freebies - the 5 for £5 Skin So Soft items from C18 appears to be about the best of the bunch at the moment - £3.75 to you, so 75p per item. I've ordered two sets with a view that they can either be customer freebies, or can be sold on later if customers order at full price. The demo lip balms from HT at 65p each also caught my attention but of course you can only get one of each of those.

I finally got lucky on the Planet Spa stuff I was hoping for this time - at the eleventh hour got an order from a customer who wanted just one item at £5.50 - so have ordered another two bits on the 3 for £6 for myself! :D Also had two odd haircare items ordered so was able to grab a new hairbrush (desperately needed!) for 25p. Am slowly convincing OH that doing Avon is a good idea as it is going to save us money.....!

Thanks for pointing out the SSS offer! I'm getting a few of my top customers a small gift this year. I was going to go for the 5 for £4.50 offer in HT. I have put in the SSS offer on my order, but there are lots of yellow dots:(. So I don't know whether to take a risk and still order that or order the HT stuff instead.

  • Still not getting a proper stock indicator! Grrr.... Got about 7 ticks and the rest have nothing next to them *sigh*
  • Well got my delivery today. 8 boxes plus loose stuff. Looked like an Avon factory for a while here :D

Unfortunatly by boiler has broken so we have no heating apart from 2 fan heaters that the engineer bloke left. Its seems the gas valve has broken but before they replace it they want to do a survey as the boiler is an old one and it might be cheaper to put a whole new boiler in rather than fix it. Got to wait for a telephone call tomo

Out delivering some of my orders tonight and then some tomo. Busy Busy

Order both and do a return on some if everything turns up? Both are decent enough deals - although obviously the stuff from the customer book works out better. I had lots of yellow dots on this current campaign but the only things that didn;t turn up were three items that were red x'd.

Cutiepie you have a PM! :D

    Evening all!

Well I'm sat here on a cold an icy evening pondering a question. My next order is not due until next friday but I've got a customer who really wants to order a watch from campaign 1 and for it to come before the middle of next week as it's a birthday present. If I order it now will it come sooner than my expected delivery date for campaign 1 which is 22nd December? Or is there some way I can get it to come sooner by requesting it? Any ideas??? Ta!

Ignore my last post! Just realised that I can order the watch from campaign 18 as an additional order ( my regular campaign 18 delivery came last week) so that means it should come soon doesn't it????

I did an additional order last week and it took a week to get here
    Will that be soon enough?!
  • am excited but nervous as have my stall tomorrow evening :) have done nearly all the prep! have decided that depending on the turn out may do a raffle for the wrap your own gift set.

still got a few things left to do: customer list and my price list. did a test run at the weekend on how it would look! :)

Received a letter from Avon today saying we all have to return our digital photo frames if we purchased them earlier this year and asked for replacement connectors as they found some gave electric shocks and asked us all to return them for new ones. They have now asked for frame and charger to be returned and customers will receive a full refund.

I am going to have some unhappy customers! I had 3 buy them as they were so cheap last year, really liked them, sent one to Australia, they were annoyed about the charger thing and now to tell themAvon are asking for them back for full refunds......

Interesting.... one of my customers texted me her order, I hadn't checked what she wanted until now, and upon inputting it was disgusted to find that although a £45 order, she has ordered items from HT! That means even though it has taken me over MOV, I will make nothing on her order and am now wondering where she got the HT from. I never gave it to her. I don't see her! She was ordering before and I thought she was using the e-brochures.
