Interesting.... one of my customers texted me her order, I hadn't checked what she wanted until now, and upon inputting it was disgusted to find that although a £45 order, she has ordered items from HT! That means even though it has taken me over MOV, I will make nothing on her order and am now wondering where she got the HT from. I never gave it to her. I don't see her! She was ordering before and I thought she was using the e-brochures.
I'd ask her who gave her the HT, find out the name of the person then contact your ASM about it.
I'd also refuse to process her order as not only is what she doing wrong, but tantamount to theft. She's in effect taking your commission from you.
What a bl**dy cheek she's got!!!0 -

thats shocking!!!!!!!
I would only order the bits from the brochure and tell her she can't order from HT and say u would get into trouble for doing it!!!0 -

Gonna have to buy a load more, what a waste
Chasingsunshine, does that mean your FB page will be deleted ? If so then that will prob mean mine will too, I set mine up as a totally separate profile

That's awful. can you work out how much it would cost for the same items from the campaign books and call and explain to her that the items she is trying to order are demo items only and are exclusive for reps?
It might be an innocent mistake on her part, or she was hoping you wouldn't notice but either way I don't think you can take the order or you will be setting yourself a precedent for the future.. Hope it doesn't cost you a customer.

Ok I'm going to be really really mean now... and apply my BG hat
Ladies (and gents) - it's not permitted to offer or request things on the boards - this is for the board users safety and not to be spoilsports - but it's to stop people exchanging personal details on here. There are some people who are very vulnarable and as a result no matter how well meaning an offer is then it really shouldn't be posted...
Now that said I'm going to assume that you all adhere to that rule and I just imagine any following offers of stock etc
is this policy standard for the whole of mse? because i was considering opening a forum specifically for reps to swap/exchange/give away unwanted items, either for themselves or their customer requests. i think that it would be a very useful tool especially as we are all responsible adults who are trying to help each other out, but is this not possible?DFBX2016 #160 - £3550/£8800

if we're all on facebook we could always do it that way - either have a private group just for us, or we just post on our statuses what we need / stuff we've got for sending back.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Apparantly so... They are going through them so it may take some time and you might be lucky but its looking like they'll be deleted
Still no blinking stock indicator and order is due tonight! :mad:0 -
Hi everyone, not been on here in a while. Spent last month canvassing for new customers. Three outings later, 4 streets and 40 houses and absolutely no orders for Christmas. So disappointing. I even put fancy little newsletters in there and everything. My C1 christmas order is a measely £50...going out tomorrow for one last push then probably jack it in in February. I will miss the products so I'll find a rep on connects methinks. It's just not paying at all for me.0

Further to the above... would I have the option of ordering every OTHER brochure? It's just that my customers would be more likely to get excited about seeing a brochure if they only had it every 6-8 weeks. At the moment it's like...oh, another brochure. It would also be much easier to manage when I go back to full time work. Any thoughts?0
