Mine said this, and I had to use Fast Trak, in my delivery was the additional item I had Fast Traked.0 -

Hey all!
I'm a fairly new rep and I'm really enjoying Avon at the moment. However, i've encountered a bit of a problem. My last delivery needs paying by tomorrow but I haven't been able to collect all the money from my customers. This is due to me being a bit ill ( I've been in bed bad with the flu for over a week!) and quite a few of my customers being away last week due to the kids being on half term.
I can't afford to simply pay for my order myself and get the money asap off my customers but I know I will receive the money from them as soon as I see them to give them their orders. I was thinking of contacting my area rep and seeing if I can delay paying until next week but then a friend who used to do Avon said I should just go online to my Avon account and put the goods I haven't been able to deliver as credits and then pay for them next time. Would this be ok? Or does it sound dodgy?
Like I say I have been ill will flu and I'm also 5 months pregnant and suffering from "baby brain" (I can't seem to concentrate on anything and my memory is shocking!!!!) so my brain just doesn't seem to be working and I have no idea what I should do. Any ideas???:)0 -

You can put the items as credits using the reason code 52, this then gives you an extra 36days to either get the money or return the items. The credits will then show up in your balance(takes approx 24-48hrs) but you can pay your balance less the credits
Hope this makes sense0 -
Thanks cheltenhamgal! I'll log on to my account and do that now.0

Hi ladies and thank you for all your lovely messages!
Chasing Sunshine good luck for your last 10 weeks of pregnancy, and if I can offer you any advice on the first 2 weeks of baby (it's gone by in a blur!) then I'm happy to do so! Unless of course, it's not your first!
Got to head out in the rain tomorrow :-( to collect and re-distribute C17 brochures, but hoping it will provide fruitful as my customers haven't seen me for 8 weeks. I'm on £120 so far just for friends and family which is great.
Right, i'm off to go check the weather forecast...0 -
I have some returns. I did the reason codes online for the items and have to fill out the form. The returns form asks for a parcel barcode number which is only 4 digits. On the paper return forms in the blue book it says it is the last 4 after the account number. My account number does not appear on the barcode. Also do I put the paperwork in the box or put it on top? I am going to be out at work so need it all sorted for my brother to give the returns to the delivery man.0

Hi drinkupretty
the last 4 digits of your barcode need to go in your returns book. Ignore anything else it says. I think you need to write your account number though, but it says account number.
Then put the top copy of the returns form inside the box. Ask your brother to show the returns book to the courier, and he will sign your book. This is your proof that the items has been taken.0 -
Just wanted to post and say Hi everyone :j
I'm loving all the advice and tips on here, it's invaluable.
I'm new to Avon, I joined up about 2 weeks ago and just on my 2nd campaign. Really pleased to have hit HOV on my first order, especially as I only had a week!
I've signed up for F+F at the moment and I'm going to try and get as my customers as I can that way rather than going for territory - I live in a village where there is supposedly another rep, however I had one book about 9 months ago and they never came back!
I have a question - someone mentioned on one of the older threads about a spreadsheet people are using to track their orders etc - please can someone help me out with this?
I set one up myself but it's pretty basic
Thanks:heart: I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?0 -
Not having the most of brilliant days after parcelforce decided to damage my car!! phone call to them tomorrow!! anyway i've recieved a text from my SL saying that my orders all need to be from campaign 18 and not 17- thought you could back order, so am a little confused as most of my customers have ordered things from 17 that are cheaper then in 18. any ideas why and how I can get around it?0
