think what your SL means is don't be ordering from C17. Your orders should be from C18, when you are ordering, you can drop down the menu on the order form, so it shows 17, then you can backorder.

But my C18 isn't due in yet, when is yours due?

My C18 is due in tonight at 10pm but gonna try and get it in earlier that 10pm as have got all my orders but will check if anyone wants to do a last min order etc.

I get it now thanks for explaining I was just so busy having to sort car out that I just couldnt make head nor tail of what she was on about!! x

Morning lovelies
Im annoyed at myself... Just looked at my invoice online and for some reason there are only 2 of the free gift bags on there, was sure I put 5 down but it says 2 so I must have put 2... Trouble is one of my customers knows she is entitled to 3 bags. The others didnt mention the bags at all but I had put them on the orders for them... What should I do?! Thinking I might go to the card factory and get some bags and give the customer those, she wont know will she?

On the plus side, I'd added my total wrong. I actually have £317 total not £293 and earnings of £72! yay!!

are you sure they are entitled to 5 gift bags? I know when I have miscalculated something, that the system will automatically remove any excess. If you are sure it is right, e-mail Avon and ask them to add the extra to your account.

Well I thought it was a free bag for ever 2 items across the selected pages, 2 customers ordered 2 things each but didnt mention the bags, the other one ordered 6 items and put on her form that she wanted 3 gift bags. Unless we both are misunderstanding it (uite possible for me with my baby brain!)

no, it looks right, order 2 or more gift items across pages 7 -121 and you get a free gift bag, email avon.
