  • I've got the offer for a free skincare kit as well - I thought it was to do with being new, but mine doesn't show on the subtotal page either - I was also confused so I'm glad it wasn't just me!

I whizzed past HOV yesterday which I was delighted about - am now up to £189 which for my first campaign I'm very happy with!

    Happy Birthday to me!

Signed up to Avon one year ago today!

PS I am bloomin' sure I didn't have the same stock shortage problems a year ago or else I wouldn't have stuck with it!
  • Yeah dont worry about the Anew thingy, mine showed on my order but not subtotal but it still came, I guess thats right cos you arent paying for it. Seemed odd to me but it came and was free. Just double check when you get it that you havent been charged :D

Just rang the 0333 number for the first time. Blimey, its hard work getting through to the main menu.

Do you want to hear about the benefits of using the 0333 number?
    No thanks.

Do you want to hear the top 5 shorted products at the moment?
    No, not really. Thanks.

And then it pauses AGAIN before you get through to the main menu. When you begin the second mission of getting to speak to an agent ....

Just wanted to know how many units I have turning up tomorrow as its not on the website. They have answered it for me.

    .

If you have inclusive minutes on your mobile you can call it at no extra cost. Unlike 08 numbers.;)

Brilliant thanks, I knew there was a reason why I didn't have the 0845 number in my mobile! I'll save the new one in there now!
  • Chasingsunshine - Where are you in the country as I need extra books for my new roads so could come collect if you are not too far. Im in West Drayton, Middlesex.

Going to collect from my new roads today. Only put out 20 books as thats all I had lol (I have put them on a book behind) but fingers crossed I will get at lest 1 order lol.

Have picked up my first order for C17 and is for £49 so hopefully all the rest will be nice big orders lol.
  • Hi girls,

Just a quick question I have been a rep for about 4 months now and have been reading through some posts on here and it says that you need to register as self employed is this true? Avon don't say anything about this when joining....Even if your earning £10-£20 a time? I'm only doing it every now and again and am not making much on it!
Obviously if I do need to register I best do it asap!!
    Thanks in advance!
    Lisa x:)

Who knew this SL lark could be so hard!!

Some of you know me & oh had a hard time a few months ago, his grandad ill in hospital, mine dying then a week later loosing his grandad too, who was like a father to him. I'd bottled everything up at the time to be strong for Oh, but today at work I got stressed out - workin in a different department where they've put me in the deep end - basically follow these instructions and you'll be ok....it got too much and I was sick (always have a weak stomach!) so came home. We talked and realised it wasn't a stomach bug, so went the doctors. Dr says it's perfectly normal - bereavement related stress and trouble adjusting - because I bottled it up...so now I can't cope with a change at work. Glad to know I'm depressed, he said have a few days off work, and try and talk and cry to let it out.

Just got to try and explain to my boss, a man with the sensitivity of an ant, that I can't deal with working in a different lab at the moment, which will be fun!
