  • Thanks for everyone who suggested I phone avon rep customer line. They have now added the watch to the existing order. I really wanted the Ellie watch from pg208 of C17 but forgot to put it in when I submitted my order, but it has been sorted now.

    hi all

this might be a silly question but how do you deal with orders via facebook, do you post a brochure to them, because im thinking if they go to the Avon site would they just not order from there??

I'm not sure if this is any help. I've set up a fb page- found it easier as I dont have to log out of my account into another one! what i did was came on here, found the online links for the brochures and put them on my page for friends to see and they send there order over email to me! this way they have as much time as you like and you dont lose any books!!

Don't worry about it - as a SL you'll find some people will waste your time, unfortunately its par for the course, you'll get people give you correct details and then never answer calls/texts/emails, why apply?! Just ignore it and move on!

Go to https://www.flissys.com its a website for SL - you get a free 2 week trial, after that its £12 a year, but I think its well worth the money, theres SL on there who've been SL since it started about 7 or 8 years ago, so theres lots of people to give advice/info if you get stuck on anything with new reps etc. I find it useful to when I get a rep with an odd customer query (like whats similar to this perfume that was made years ago) - as others on there have been reps far long than myself so someone always knows!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Has anyone used the fast track thingy phone line to add to an order? I added to an order just after I placed it as somehow missed one customers order! It all seemed to go thru and seeing as it was added to my latest order and not an additional order I expected it to come with my main delivery...but it hasnt.

In future I'll try my luck with reading the numbers out to customer services next time (my yorkshire accent doesnt go well with call centres abroad lol!!) as I'm sure it could have come with my order.

I guess I'll have to ring tomorrow anyway to try and work out how long the stuff will take to arrive!
