There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

It's feeling a bit chilly here with that wind blowing. I might give in and switch it on for an hour or so later
  • I'm off since clocks sprung forward. I am now sitting at my computer cuddling a wheat bag under my fleece and feeling quite cosy. I think I can now last til autumn except when family visit and when I have my grandson overnight. It's surprising how a wheatbag can just take the edge off feeling cold and switching on ch.

OFF. The CH has been off for 9 days and we are just lighting the coal fire in the evenings. Using throws to keep warm.
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
    Spring begins on 21st March.

My calor gas canister has been finished for about a month now. I thought I might not need it anymore this winter.

I'm off to get another refill today. Brrr!!

Mine is still timed to come on for an hour in the mornings just to take the chill off but we've just come in from shopping and I've switched it on. The temperature in the car was showing 3 degrees, it's cold and there's a freezing wind that goes right through to the bone.
