I got a replacement fan heater online a couple of year's ago, didn't realise it was only about 8 inches tall and works direct from the wall socket* - it's only 500W but it is enough to take the chill out of the bedroom which with 3 outside walls is probably the coldest room in the bungalow.
*you might think I would learn from that but the hot water bottle I later got was about 1/4 of the standard size I expected (didn't realise there was anything other than a standard size). Need to take more care when sorting prices by low to high.

Cold here today - thermostat said 15.5 when we got up - heating went on straight away. I put it on at 18 but now it is switched to 19. Still in credit after keeping dd same all summer.
Exactly my situation in every way

@mjm3346, that really concerns me. Can you get out to a warmer place during the day? And even having the heat on very low is better than living at the temperatures you're reporting - check for eligibility for cold weather payments, and anything else you may be entitled too.
Thanks, I have a fan heater under the computer desk that's quite nice when it gets really cold and I wrap-up well - Spending on heating is not something that gives me any pleasure unlike say streaming services, higher end food choices etc.
I hope you have an electric blanket. I accidentally left mine on all day on 2/3 power. But, when I checked my energy usage the next day there was hardly any difference. As I'm alone in the house with my family in other places (for a while, too) I'm trying to heat myself, not the house. Central heating only comes on for 3x 15 minutes a day. The electric blanket is very effective.
I have my 1/4 size hot water bottle when I remember to fill it, the silly little fan heater that is enough to take the chill off the room and I wear a beanie hat in bed (while watching TV) but hadn't considered an electric blanket - just had a look and nearly fell off my chair before realising I had clicked on high to low price instead of low to high - at least delivery was only £3

Used the standard sized fan heater quite a bit this afternoon and kept the lounge around 55, bedroom is a fairly bracing 43 before putting the small fan heater on and I take the standard one in there with me to warm the bed and nightclothes.
My mind boggled at £8,899.00, but a quick google shows that the Myuilor electric blanket is £89.99.

Phew. Reminds me of mattress shopping a couple of years ago. One was £5,000, I kid you not.

    We didn't get it.

Our heating is on today but the temperature's forecast to rise outside.

The silly price was and is the Amazon one (pointed out their error to them), they have over 40 at £1000+ inc 3 in the £2k range - flipping to low to high there are many under £20
