I was so warm last night I had to get up and change out of my PJ's and put on something cooler even though it was very blustery outside. This weather is bizarre and I would like a little bit of winter weather thank you.:DHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

No heating on right now.
I have the CH on a timer for x4 hours a day. When I feel cold, sometimes @ midday will override the heating and have it on for a bit.The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -

Annoyingly, on, for a lot of the day. DH has turned soft since moving to London from the frozen steppes of Yorkshire, all those years ago! And don't even start talking about DS, the London softie! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

It's been snowing here since 4pm, it was forecasted so we lit the woodburner earlier. It's our only heating downstairs and lovely and toasty with the doors left open. In true Old style MSE style our north facing hall way is so cold we are putting the christmas leftovers on the floor in there :rotfl:
Dad and DS have oil filled rads in their room, so they are toasty tooNow Mrs FrugalinShropshire:T Proud to be mortgage and debt free:j0 -
Left my Christmas visit to DS and family in Lancashire 3 days early due to the threat of snow. Pleased to have missed it as it seems to have followed me southwards, it's not here yet although it's bitterly cold. The house was only closed up for 3 days but feels like an igloo! Therefore the heating is very definitely on and will remain so. All night!0
