It's chilly this morning but my garden doors are open as the garden is south facing and the sun is warm. The washing is drying outside.
I wonder if it will be a cold winter this year.HOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

Still off here - but we've started to wear cardigans, jumpers and slippers around the house in the evenings these past two days. As others have said I've really noticed a drop in temperature but not nearly enough to need the central heating on yet.0

No heating here in essex.
We hardly used it last winter, so hoping to do the same.
Kids lived in onesies, fleece socks and slippers - worked wonders in this house.
Need to get some winter duvets though as it is turning chilly of a night now!DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

Feeling warmer here tonight so looks like we're getting away with it for a bit longer. We made sure ds had his fleece onesie on over his PJs after his bath and our little one is tucked up in her cot and perfectly happy with an extra layer and her warmer grobag again...and once I'm under the duvet not much can wake me until she does for her feed! Haha.0

Still not anywhere cold enough here to justify putting the heating on, trying to go as long as possible because I find once I put it on then it is on all the time. At the moment it is perfectly warm enough with a fluffy dressing gown on and slippersRaven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0

It's become noticeably chillier this evening - ever since my bravado post stating I would try to hold off until Novembersavingmummy wrote: »No heating here in essex.

Okay, it's definitely turned much colder today. I realised I moved my PC downstairs from last year so I'm right next to the garden door so I might have to rethink the living room layout as I can feel a draft on my back even on a cooler day like today.
I think I need to go and get a jumper or my poncho.:rotfl:HOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

Off here, for now, I have put the warmer winter sheet on the bed, and the thicker duvet.
