Good morning all - happy October everyone!
Please put me down for 17 this month! Increasing my target, so fingers crossed.
Have got off to a nerve wracking start today - checked my online banking and OH's regular weekly transfer(which is paid like clockwork) to me hasnt gone thro and therefore a very critical DD (to CCCS for my DMP) hasnt been paid from my account. Phoned bank and they said it should be ok but to check back tomorrow once the systems have updated. On the plus side she said any chgs would be refunded, however 'Im more concerned about ensuring the DD has been paid. In a minor panic ATM, I hate when these things happen:mad: esp when I take great care to ensure money is there to pay for things.
Anyhoo - I will just have to have faith that all will be ok!;)
Wont be a NSD today, weekly shop needed and various bits to get including lightbulbs and posting a birhday present. Will check back later.
Have a lovely day everyone:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
Hello all,
Can you please put me down for 10 NSDs for the month of October? I have a busy month ahead including travel and my birthday so don't think I can achieve more than this.0 -
Morning everybody
Can I join in again please?
I love the idea of NSD's but unfortunately I'm rubbish at them so I'll go for an unambitious 7 NSDs for October please Spoon.
Good luck everybody!August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -
I think 15 was too ambitious so I'll join with a target of 12 for October, hoping today will be the first0

Good morning, white rabbits and happy October NSD thread!
Lovely list of days to celebrate, but Spoon, spoon, spoon! You forgot the most important one of all, at the end of the month? Not only will it be celbrate your NSD total day but it will also be.....(drum roll drrrrrrrr....) HALLOWEEN! Or Samhain, for our pagan members! We have got to have a full blown NSD gang night out for that!
September's frog and sheep duly dispatched, what's on the menu for October's prizes? One life - your life - live it!0 -

Hiya
Put me down 20 NSD's this month.
That may sound a bit ambitious but I count a NSD as a day where I've not spent anything not included in my I/E sheet (so SO's, groceries etc do not count).
What I am trying not to do is those little trips to the corner shop for a pint of milk and come out £10 lighter!
Cheers
