Well how have people done. I didn't get anywhere near as many things listed as I initially wanted, but I have cleared last months amount so am really pleased by that.
I will be trying again next month, have my wardrobe to clear next month.0 -

I have found Auctiva a big help, but you need some dedication. I try and rope the kids in now to help with the packing. I work opposite a post office and know the girls well now - they are used to me coming in with all weird and wonderful shaped items.First Direct Loan @ 7.9% £13,076.03/£20,250

Whats "Auctiva"??? Is it something like Turbolister. I use that and find it great, but it is still time consuming to actually find everything get it in a position ready to sell, photgraph it, write the listing, weigh it out and list it.0

I find apart from electronics/computing/software, and designer clothes, nothing else sells well
Any ideas?
From Septemer and October alone I have made over £400 profit on selling my old clothes!!! Clothes sell like hot cakes on Ebay. I don't know where you got the idea that they don't. Also, none of my clothes were designer, either.
Look at the price of new clothes, for a start.
Look at the number of women who buy clothes then don't wear them.
Last year someone bought a "used swimsuit" of mine and paid £9 for it!
Yes, it baffled me too!
If you can find someone to pay for something then it will sell!
Don't make your start price too high, but then don't go too low either.
You will succeed!0 -
We've made Over £329 on ebay this month...

Thats a fab achievement.
I know what you mean about people buying some weird things. A few years ago I so 3 pairs on DH swimming trucks for about £4-5 each, very strange. But who am I to complain when they are paying me.
