October Ebay Challenge
Comments
-
We did a car boot at the weekend -DS is raising money for a trip next year and he had gone round to ask the neighbours if they had anything they wanted to get rid of. He got bags full of stuff and we took it all on Sunday to sell. I was pulling out all the clothing and was shocked! It was all Fatface, Monsoon, Boden, M&S, Wallis, EAST and there was loads of it. Really good stuff I wish we had ebayed it all, we ended up making £90 the whole day and almost all of the stuff but we probably could have made 4 times that at least if we had used Ebay. Oh well live and learn!Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0

DH is out this evening so have the house to myself to sort through everything and get it listed.
Have a few watchers, but no bids as yet so hopping its going to pick up soon.0 -

Put my hi-fi in the friday ad but no-one's rung yet.

I'd like to be in too. I regularly sell on ebay but have lost all motivation recently. I like the idea of a challenge to focus the mind!First Direct Loan @ 7.9% £13,076.03/£20,250

Do you just use the October total that ebay gives you, or do you work it out taking off listing charges, postage etc?

Think I may join in on this one. Going to see if I have the courage to list some things over the weekend.
For all that sell, do you recommend having Paypal (not credit cards) as an accepted form of payment. Just thinking about the fees whether they are justified by the availability of more buyers?0
