Crafty granny what is the kids mag like

still raining here, might try to sort out my craft desk today

It doesn't seem too bad it has tutorials for making paper mache monsters ,peg butterflys, a pencil pot ,pencil toppers etc with pom poms , make robots, lizard door hanger ,foam caterpillar ,felt monster pillow, crispy cakes, plus puzzles , how to draw a forever friends bear and templates. I think kaitlyn will love it.

just a quickie, I have bagged up all of the cards for The-Wifes card drive, there is 17 including mine. I will pop them in the post today. Thanks to you all for getting them to me, I know I said 1st July, but I know there were a couple still to come and wanted to make sure they were all together! I haven't had any cards arrive this week apart from 1 on sat, so I presume as no one has got in touch I have them all!!

Thanks a lot ladies, I have had another email from Jennie today. She is well and still has a lot to sink in. Her son needs radiotherapy, and the tumour they think was a seedling from the original tumour. Please keep Jennie and her family in all of our thoughts.

I have had the day from hell, in fact, lower than hell and at 3pm this afternoon was ready to hand my notice in! My gorgeous hubby has bought me the papercraft inspiration mag tho, altho didn't go to asda so didn't get the free stamp, but it did still come with the docraft kids mag which my daughter is eagerly reading. What were the stamps?

Rusty - thanks for the update.
Rainmac - thank you for the link (I understand what to do now) - not always the sharpest knife in the drawer - lol!!!

Just had my first spend in ages in the Angel craft sale - a couple of Nikki stamps may have fallen in my basket and a paper pack and some sentiments but I have been quite restrained - honestly (as I could do with some new summer tops and as my hubby told me I cant have everything :-( - why????) lol

evening all - just a flying visit - have been reading but can't remember anything - will blame it on my altered contact prescription - he's been trying to make me see far away with my left eye and read with my right eye which is great unfortunately at crafting / pc / laptop distance neither eye could decide which one was supposed to be seeing so they both said stuff it and everything in the middle has been fuzzy :p

DD had her trial day at high school on Monday and went off on the bus without a backward glance - i was so not sniffing at the window as she went (lies) plus we had a meeting that night that cost me a small fortune in branded kit and uniform you can't get anywhere else

we've also had school reports, sats and sports day plus all the usual end of term/just before the holidays running about I don't feel like my feet have touched the ground. Just the cats jabs and the currency to sort before I have the ironing and packing nightmare then I can relax and go............... my to do list just keeps getting longer and longer am now off to bed coz I overslept on Wednesday which didn't help any :rotfl::rotfl:

my challenge entry is on my neglected bit of cyberspace
    night all :D
