Artydoll - hope you get your car/insurance problems sorted soon, and that your daughter-in-law recovers quickly. Happy St. David's Day/ Anniversary - crikey you've been with your OH for a long time - what's your secret???? Your easel cards are lovely - Tilda is my favourite, and your wooden embellishments are gorgeous.

PepPop - I know - I couldn't believe it when she said people were sent home at 4 in the morning - I though all babies had to be seen by the doctor first - can't imagine there'd be one on duty then!!!

Louby-Lou-Lou - yeah I think you must have one of the old labour rooms, I was in one of those with Brandon - they're a bit grim compared to the one I got moved to with Brandon and the one where I had Elliot. Did you have both sections at the same hospital, strange that both experiences were so different. The midwife was trying to tell me the benefits of a home birth - I just don't fancy it! Hope your son gets his appointment through soon.

Cardpaperscissors - I've got the xcut guillotine too, Im really happy with it. Your card is fab - love the sentiment and the shiny ribbon!

    Craftygranny - Any news?????

CT19720 - congrats to Jack, have you found out what he won yet???

melissa yes both sons were born at the same hospital, it's all a sign of cut backs. We have a lovely birthing center not too fa away form us but as i am was consultant led i wasn't allowed to go there and just as well really as they don't do sections. Home births are back on the up.
My friend has very quick births and she very nearly had her last one at home (by accident) but hung on until she got to hospital ambos had to carry her downstairs as the head was crowning in that case i would have stayed but i can see why you aren't keen.

Thanks everyone with all the help good wishes lately.

Craftygranny no rush for the teddies i bought, you have lots going on with the baby in the family on the way (may be here now)

MARG ................you asked on my blog[. Is it an oblong doily behind the image on the top card? Can you tell me where to get them from?]
Its actually a square doiley ,I cut it in half, then used pritt stick to glue them on top of each other to fit behind the image ,if you understand what I,m on about.just make sure its cut so the corners stay right. Thanks for commenting on my blog

Thanks for the email PepPop. I'll give it a go at the weekend.

Melissa - Jack won 3 digi stamps from Stitchy Bear's Kids Corner. He chose a bear; a dragon and a Woofbot.

Hope everyone has a good day, just about to go off to work, be back later.

Morning everyone!!!! Off to tesco in a minute - I'm hoping to pick up a few bargains - apparently some stores have been selling off cheap toys. Not managed to craft anything recently - I coloured in an image the other day and it just looked pants so I gave up. I did manage to post a card on my blogg the other night though if anyone wants a look, I made it witn my new LOTV pompom stamp which I love. I don't think I'll be bothering with any of their new releases this month though - looks like they are all animal images which I don't really use.

Louby-Lou-Lou - I think I must have been lucky and had Elliot just before the cuts started. OH was most impressed - he was given tea and biscuits while I was screaming on the bed. The midwife said she doubts that he'll be offered them this time!

Artydoll - crikey 47 years!!!! Are you planning on doing anything special for your 50th anniversary??? I try to keep OH fed - we've been together just over 11 years!

CT19720 - bet he was really chuffed with his prizes - what's a woofbot though?????

Rusty - I hope the hospital manage to help you and that you're back with us soon!

Hi ladies still no baby yet. They've been telling her it won't be long now since 9 o'clock yesterday morning. I think she's forgot what she's gone for now. Poor kaitlyn is pacing the floor she keeps saying has he not found the way out yet.lol. She is quite upset cos sam missed getting all his cards and presents and his cake .

Melissa i wondered what a woofbot was too sounds like a robot dog .
