Big welcome back to Irlip and Fifi, lovely to see you back xxx

Irlip, why don't you try stamping or printing several different images and have a colouring in session. You can then use what you've coloured as the starting point for a few cards. Maybe check some challenge blogs and try to follow the set theme (we have a Mother's Day challenge running on here at the mo ;)). I go through dry spells where I have no motivation to make cards and tend to go with it and leave them alone for a while or stamp some images and get colouring, that usually gets me back into it x

Flourgirl, I tend to use A5 card bags for the slightly smaller than 6x6 cards that Craftwork Cards do.

CT, looking forward to seeing what Jack does with the woofbot :) All this talk of lemon meringue pie is making me want some. I've never made one but want to now!

Rusty is at home in lots of pain :(
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

    Hello all :j
rainmac - give my love and hugs to Rusty when you're next in contact with her and tell her hope she feels better soon :)

Been busy(ish) rooting through my christmas card making oddments and done 4 more cards...........after it taking me all day yesterday to do one! Not sure how I managed it though.....house full of folk (so it felt like anyway) window cleaner......chap to sort bedroom tele out to digital, young lad who's going to tidy the wild life pond for us plus lengthy phone call...so I'm all behind myself and late logging on............:)

Hope you're all ok and keeping busy:)
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Hi Ladies , sorry it took so long to bring you news . little logan samuel finally made it here at 8.03am weighing 7 lbs 6 ozs but no one knew as my son didn't ring until after 11 am. Logans mum was so stressed after the birth she passed out and started fitting and they thought they were going to lose her . Fortunately they managed to sort her out and she's much better and they think she'll be fine.
They told him this afternoon they think it happened because her water broke on monday and it took so long to deliver him it sent her blood pressure up and she got an infection too. Anyway they are both fine now so that's the main thing . I'll get a pic as soon as possible but his mums not keen on pics cos she says he has a pointy head after they tried the ventouse cup and then forceps but sam said he'll sneak me a pic.

Rusty i seen your news on facebook and i really hope they can sort you out . I really feel for you it's not nice being in pain and in a wheelchair at any age but must be really difficult when you have young children to run around after.

flourgirl craft superstore do the square bags at their store and on their ebay shop. they used to anyway. Not sure if it was you who told me in the first place when i was looking.

Congratulations Craftygranny on the arrival of Logan. I remember when my DS was born he was covered head to toe in hair, hairy ears, hairy shoulders, hairy toes and I thought the photos looked terrible, but I wouldn't be without the memories now! I hope she is ok and they can both get home soon.
