What size are the cards? The slightly less than 6x6 size or larger?

Hi Ladies, I have not been on for ages, infant had to look back and it was November:o

Being new to card making I bought LOADS of things and spent a FORTUNE to make my first cards for Christmas (well that was the intention) I ended up making two:eek:

I now have a whole unit full of card making things including LOADS of Promarkers that have not even been used. DH bought me a lovely drawer unit to keep all my things neat and tidy (and they are lovely and tidy) but I just can't motivate myself to make cards:( I spend so much time stressing about what to put on the card that I eventually give up.

Maybe going to classes would be the way forward as trying it on my own didn't work:rotfl: (oh, also spent a fortune on magazines:o)

    Hi,
I bet you all thought that I had done another disappearing act! I just seem to be so busy at the moment. My OH & I are trying to get our flats sorted out ready to sell so we can buy a house together. We've been living together for a while now & we've decided we would both like somewhere bigger. Anyway, that's my excuse, I've been too busy sanding, painting, cleaning etc.

I've eventually put the valentines card that I made on my bl*g & have managed to comment on a few of yours. Hopefully get some more makes added soon

I've just read back the last couple of pages so sorry if I miss anything important out
CT Well done to Jack on his win
Flourgirl Glad you enjoyed Devon but I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling a bit yucky, fingers crossed you'll be all better soon.
Rainmac Congrats on yor win. Sorry to hear about your Nan, hope she recovers soon. My Granda had a fall when he was out shopping a few weeks ago & had to be taken to hospital, it was awful. My Gran was all shook up too with the shock as she was with him. It is so worrying when they are older isn't it.
Irlip Welcome back. Don't give up, the cards that you made & put on your bl*g were lovely. If I am feeling short of inspiration, I take a look at other peoples bl*gs. I know that I am not half as talented as the people that I follow but it gives me ideas & afterall practise makes perfect!
    Hugs to everyone. x x x

Hello all, my DS1 is nearly 7 and learnt last year at school that babies are made by the daddy giving a seed to the mummy. DS1 asked me if you could buy the seeds in Tescos :p

Melissa – a woofbot, as crafty granny says is a dog robot image! Just waiting for them to come through, and I am sure that Jack will want to do some more colouring when they do.

Rainmac – congratulations on your win – sounds like you have some lovely new stash coming. Hope your nan recovers from her fall really quickly.

Flourgirl – nice to see you back, and so glad that you enjoyed your weekend away to see your family. All that talk the other day of you making lemon meringue pie, made me make one at the weekend. I love it but don’t make it that often, as I can never quiet get the meringue right, but this time I did and it was delicious. Hope your neck starts to feel better soon.

Welcome back Irlrip, nice to see you posting.

Welcome back Fifi – glad you are ok, sounds like you have alot on at the moment, good luck with the sale of the flats and buying somewhere bigger.

Fab lightbox tutorial PepPop – very MSE too, which is what I love xx

Any news on Rusty? Really hope she is ok and they have managed to control the pain for her.

Hugs to all that need them.

    xx
