Work is still sh1te - had my 1 to 1 on Tuesday and was asked to basically justify my existence again and was kind of put on notice that they may be considering ending my working from home arrangement - boss wouldn't even look me in the eye while talking to me and kept checking her email :mad: - will cost me a fortune in childcare and fuel but more importantly will lose 2 hours a day of the rest of my life although it hasn't happened yet. Fantastic moment on Monday - boss to my supervisor - Chris (her boss) says you didn't take any calls on Friday (most of her comments start with Chris says or Mary says it's never her) - supervisor to boss I was on leave, you signed my leave card and didn't you notice I wasn't sitting here (right outside her office) Priceless :rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you so much, I always struggle to do a boy/man card, and when I saw yours I knew it would be perfect, as I had all the things you used .

Sorry work isn't great - i've been there too and it is no fun. Just stick it out until you want/need to. At least you have a supportive OH. Good luck looking for something else. There will be bigger and better out there for you. I left a horrid job in November, and managed to get another one (the second one i applied for) and I love it - no hassles or major responsibilities and from 10-3. OK the money isn't as much as I had hoped for, but we manage, and it pays for the occasionaly bit of stash:rotfl:.

Padster - sorry to hear work is so carp at the moment - hopefully you can stick it out until it suits you to go!

Rainmac, thanks for the pritt stick tip, I've got a couple like Mel covered with DST! ALso the card you made for Rusty was beautiful (well they are all beautiful but you know what I mean!)

Leia - I bought one of those photgraphy tents - it arrived yesterday and I can't wait to try it out!

Craftygranny - I don't envy you some of your family logistics but I would certainly rename you Supergranny (and mum and aunty!)

I heard last night that my brother is now in the UK back from Afghanistan for the last time every-I am so thrilled for him and his lovely family - must do a card for them all!

I also did my first Stampin Up workshop on Wednesday, I really enjoyed it, I think I might go down the class route rather than selling workshops, I'm more comfortable just spreading the joy of creating rather than flogging! I might do one of those clubs where people commit to £15 per months and then it's like a virtual party for someone each month, just need to work out logistics.

We've got a TD day here today, I've got 4 little lovelies oinstead of 2 toady - they are awfully quiet upstairs at the moment - better go and check what is going on!
